THE TIME, EFFORT, AND ACCURACY THAT WAS PUT IN THE APPRAISAL HELPED ME GET A GOOD PRICE AND A FAIR VALUE OF THE PROPERTY. THE PROFESSIONAL APPROACH AND THE AMOUNT OF RESEARCH THAT DOUG PUT INTO THE APPRAISAL WAS BETTER THAN ANYONE I HAVE DEALT WITH BEFORE. THE APPRAISAL WAS UP TO DATE AND REALLY COMPLETE WITH EACH AND EVERY ASPECT OF THE PROPERTY CONSIDERED. WITH TWO APPRAISALS ALREADY DONE ON THE PROPERTY, THERE WERE THINGS ADDED TO THIS ONE THAT WAS COMPLETELY LEFT OUT AND OVERLOOKED BY THE OTHER TWO. I WOULD RECOMMEND WATSON APPRAISALS TO ANYONE WANTING AN ACCURATE AND COMPLETE APPRAISAL.
