Description of Work: Victor Ware is very knowledgeable about his trade, and made suggestions to us about the best materials to use on our particular roof, including that additional vents were not needed. He was very good communicating with us to let us know |when they would begin work (dodging all the rain). His crew removed and replaced old shingles and roof felt. They were meticulous in application of the new shingles; did not damage gutters, gutter guard, or shrubs; and kept our |property clean of debris and loose nails. Victor's was somewhat higher than other |estimates; but his work ethic and quality of materials was worth it. Once finished |with our house, he was promptly asked to roof a neighbor's home also.

 + -1 moreHe had quoted me $400 to do the job. He showed up on the day he was scheduled to do the job. He actually repaired a couple of things not previously discussed and said it was easier than he expected so knocked $50 off the cost. He did all this on his own without my request. I was pleased and will absolutely recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: He repaired several items on my roof including some shingles, a boot and seal around a pipe.
