The owner is racist and I'm sick and tired of it. So I am writing this review because of it. My husband walked in and completely ignored my husband. Nathan was trying to help he asked the owner for help and didn't even want to help his employee that was trying to help my husband. You just let good money walk out the door.

I took my laptop in for repair of the power jack which had become lose when I dropped the laptop. It was determined that the top panel had to be replaced and possibly the power jack itself. I was given an estimate of cost and time to repair. They called me to pick up the laptop in the time frame they had given me. Panel had been replaced but the power jack was still good and was charged what they quoted me.

I was not on Angie's List when I found this company. I moved into this area after retirement from the military and needed a good computer service representative. Sometime in 2012 I contacted the owner of this company and scheduled for him to come to my home to look at my computer for various services (i.e., new anti-virus, new email address, transfer emails, clean up garbage on my computer) and overall maintenance. I had this done again sometime in 2013. Around Christmas 2013, I called requesting to make an appointment desiring a new email address and a computer tune-up. The owner stated he was very busy and asked me to call him back in one week. I called back and received the voice mail. I called back again on Monday, 13 January 2013 and an employee said the owner was off for the day. I called back again (1 - 2 days) and to my surprise, the employee said the following: and quot;You are welcome to take your computer to someone else since we are backed up with over sixty five computersand quot;. I was shocked to know that this business has the nerve to have countless advertisements on TV quoting an initial price to lure in customers. Now, and after being a loyal customer, I was suggested to seek out another company. I gave the overall grade of a 'D' due to the fact that the owner did not reply, computer loyalty was literally worthless and suggested I seek out another company. I wish I would have known about Angie's List when I moved here four years ago. I suggest you seek out a reputable computer service provider such as 'Premium Computer Solutions'. Now that I think back on this ordeal, Uptech has done me a great service by recommending I find a new computer service business. I now have Premium Computer Solutions (yeahhhh) = ).

I took my very old computer to them and 3 days later I had a wonderful computer that met out needs. They were very helpful with the transition.

Computer now works great - much quicker than it was before the hard drive died. They also install a spybot to detect spyware and antivirus software to ensure that your computer continues to run smoothly.

I dropped off the machine late in the morning and they called to tell me what they had done by mid-afternoon. They had updated my drivers, removed spy ware, and optimized my settings. It ran BETTER than it was when it was new. Based on their help, I ordered 2 new machines for my office from them and plan on purchasing all new equipment from them.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. I WAS PLEASED WITH IT BECAUSE THEN HE TURNED AROUND AND TOOK MY SON'S COMPUTER AND FIXED IT TOO. THE PRICE WAS COMPRABLE TO OTHER PLACES, BUT SINCE THEY ARE AN ACTUAL COMPUTER REPAIR PLACE I FELT BETTER WITH THEM LOOKING AT IT.
