I signed with them. I believe they are a local company. They have been flexible with me. I think they have a 7 application deal. I told them I didn’t want all of them. They were flexible and they told they will call me on when to schedule per call. So I thought that was pretty decent of them. They put down fertilizer last week and that application was $44. They have been helpful when I called. I don’t get an answering machine but they answer the phone. Then they deal with request questions. When I sign up for 7 applications, they don’t tell that I can’t pick and choose which I want and don’t want. I thought that was flexible of them and so far so good. They just come and do their job. So far I am satisfied.

We got off on the wrong foot, but their service/product seems good to me. Just beware of people who quote you prices over the phone before they see the size of your yard...I had been with my previous provider for several years and was just ok with them so when Turf Green called with their great price and very convincing sales rep I cancelled my previous provider and switched over to Turf Green. I told him at the time of the call that I have a double-lot....he assured me repeatedly that it did not make a difference. As soon as they saw that I had a larger yard than what they expected my rate almost doubled. That being said, the price is still slightly less than what I was paying before, the product seems as good as what my previous service used, and they are good about calling in advance to let me know when they are coming so I can lock in the dogs. I will probably continue with them next year if they don't increase my rates. And, I will gladly update my review with better scores if my service continues to improve.

The free service was applied on January 4th. As I waited for results on which to evaluate the service, I was surprised to receive a bill dated February 14th - indicating another application was put on my lawn. This was done without my request or approval - nor my presence at the home. Then again, another application was put down in March (with associated bill) - without my approval or request. When I called to inquire about the unauthorized service and charges - I was told (a) Johnny was not available to discuss our agreement, and (b) their service is ongoing unless you call to cancel. That is NOT what was offered nor approved by me during our conversation. I informed their front office person to stop any future service immediately. Also, I was NOT going to pay for the unauthorized applications to my lawn. Today, I am receiving "final notice" threats in the mail - indicating that if I don't pay, my account will be turned over to a collections agency. In my opinion, this a blatant misrepresentation of an offer / services - duping customers into an "ongoing agreement" and charging them for services they did not request.

Terrible! I signed up for a month to month program as I wanted to check them out before making a $392 investment. The first two apps went fine and I paid the single use amount of $49 on the day of each app. Didn't hear from them for 60 days. On a week night at dinner time I rec'd a call asking for payment. I told them i was current, but wanted to hear from them re: next application. Never heard back until I rec'd a dunning letter a month later. I wrote back with cancelled check attached.... never heard back! Three weeks late owner/mgr. calls me on a Sat. wondering I'd like to renew service. Reviewed my problems with them and he apologized and said he replaced his office mgr. I said OK, one last try. Told me he'd be out last week to start up service...told him I wanted to be there as I wanted to review the whole regimen of fertilzer/weed control/aerattion. Never heard back. Called them yesterday..mgr/owner out..impossible to reach. I MUST BE NUTS TRYING TO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

They're good, they coming back tomorrow to work on the Lawn.

They weren’t satisfactory at all. I tried them for couple of years. I tried them for one year and got rid of them and gave them a chance another year. They saw some of that fine yard work I used to do to save my garden. The two years of their service was worst in general. The price was normal. I didn’t have a problem with their professionalism. I will not use them again in future.

Overall, everything has turned out well. I have found their price reasonable and their customer service is very good.
