Description of Work: Overall it was a good experience.

Description of Work: Installed 2 new doors and a window. Used them previously for windows in the house 12,000. Spent that time. They did a wonderful job both times. My only complaint was there was an accident that damaged a load of windows and had trouble getting an eta on when ours would be done. I understand things happen and it puts things behind. Just wanted better communication with the office. Would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Installed new windows and french doors in our home. The process went very well. The company was very professional and wasted no time getting the job done. It took them less then a day. With the new window installations we quickly seen a significant change in our monthly electric bill. Would definitely use the company again.

Description of Work: After considering the price per window, around $650 each we decided to go a different route. They may well be worth it to someone with a high end home but for our old house it was just to much. Due to the time it has taken for them to return our deposit, almost one month I rated them less than favorable. I did how ever speak with Mr. Jenkins himself and he was very polite and took a personal interest in seeing that my money will be returned. I say that because as of yet we have not received or deposit but he has assured me it is on its way. I hope this may be of some help.

Description of Work: True Home Value installed three new windows and vinyl siding to the rear of my home. The workmanship for both jobs was excellent. The individuals performing the work were punctual, courtesy and very tidy. I will definately use True Home Value for future projects.

Description of Work: I had 8 of 31 windows replaced in my house. The salesman was friendly and returned my calls. The installation crew was also very nice. They took the time to answer my questions and were very professional. They arrived early and the job was done when they said it would be.

Description of Work: The Siding and Gutter work crews did an absolutely excellent job, and I was very pleased. Especially the Siding Crew, I think they may have taken 2 or 3 breaks within the 3 day period of installation. They were very professional and courteous and cleaned up everything before leaving. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality work and quality product!

Description of Work: Primax Home Center came out four months ago and gave us a quote on replacing seventeen windows.

Description of Work: I was looking to have a window installed in a windowless room, and then get an estimate on other windows for the house. After making an appointment no one showed up or called to cancel. I have never received a response to my original inquiry and have never been contacted again.

Description of Work: Remodeled bathroom to remove tub and replace with shower enclosure handicap accessible for elderly parents.

Description of Work: Love the windows, high end quality. The senior installer was very knowledgeable and was a true professional. We had 23 windows replaced and only had one leak and it was a bad one. The senior installer came out the next day and fixed the problem. He seemed to take it personal that it leaked because he believes in his work. The service manager is a different story. One of the windows has an arch window above it and is an odd shape. The original one they brought out would not fit so it had to be remeasured again and could not replace the window below the arch. I was told that before I made the first payment on the windows that the arch and last window would be in and if not Primax would reimburse me. The arch window was not ready and Primax reimbursed me. About six weeks later the installer returned with the new arched window and the lower window. It could not be installed due to it not fitting correctly. However, it would fit when placed in backwards. So the installer called the service manager and explained the situation. The service manager instructed the installer to put the window in backwards if it fits. When I saw what they were doing I stopped them and ask why they are putting the window in backwards. I was told that was the service manager's instructions. I got the service manager on the phone and ask him what he was doing. He stated that it does not matter which way you put the window in, it will still work. The window is designed with the glass installed closer to the outside with more space on the inside, like a shelf. I ask, if that is true, why is there a front and back to this window. He said it doesn't matter, it will still work. After a lengthy discussion and me telling him several times that this is not acceptable, he stated that it will be awhile for the window to be made and installed. So here it is 17 Nov 10, three months later and still no window.

Description of Work: Replaced windows in home in with primax windows.

Description of Work: These guys did both doors and windows on four carriage houses on my home property. Out with the old and in with the new. The quailty and workmanship exceeded my expectations. They started when they said the would, and they finished when they said the would. I would not consider any other company. Sure, you are going to get more that one bid, but make sure that you are making an apples to apples comparison.

Description of Work: They removed 12 old windows and put 12 new triple pane windows through out our 2800 square foot home.
