Description of Work: Store manager went out of her way to advise us on our tile and granite selections for a bathroom remodel. Would recommend The Tile Shop to anyone. Totally satisfied with out experience and advice. A+ rating!

Description of Work: I renovated a bathroom using the exact materials in the first display in their showroom. The countertop is travertine and was stunning. Six months later I am looking at a scarred dingy counter. 10 minutes on Google and I realize that travertine is totally unsuitable for any countertop. If you leave a glass of water on it or don't clean up splashes immediately, you're stuck with a watermark that no cleaner can fix. I went back to the store and they looked at me like I was crazy, then sold me $60 worth of cleaning products that didn't work at all. I spent $2000 on the materials thinking I was getting the best.
