 + -1 moreVery courteous and helpful. Their prices are very competitive as well. They will not work on power washers which was a disappointment considering they are a Honda certified dealer and my pressure washer has a Honda engine.

 + -1 moreWhat's good about buying a lawn mower there is that you could take it back to them and get it fixed there whereas with a big company they have to send it out. They put it together for you, put the oil in it, and show you how to operate it without you having to read it out of a book. It was a big help buying it there. They are very good and very helpful. They had it broke down and well detailed of what all was done. They did excellent work. I thought they were really good and the price was really reasonable.
Description of Work: I had my lawn mower repaired last summer at Mower Shop. I also bought the lawn mower from them. My lawn mower kept starting up and dying out, so they replaced the air filter, the spark plug, and the fuel system. They cleaned the carburetor, replaced the cracked fuel line, and started and adjusted the engine speed.

 + -1 moreMy experience was great. It was one day turn-around time on the service; that was great because this time of the year, it is pretty hard to get. Their service was fine. They charged me $20 for the cable and $23 for the labor.
Description of Work: I used Mower Shop for power tool repair. They replaced the cable.

 + -1 moreThey do a pretty good job. I don't have anything to compare their prices with so I can't rate their price. They always have a reasonably good turn around time. They might take a little longer if one goes there during the summer but they never take too long. It always works great after they get done with it so I don't have any difficulties with them.
Description of Work: I've got a chainsaw that I bought from Mower Shop and I when I need to have it worked on I'd take it to them.

 + 0 moreThis is a Mantis 4 cycle tiller about 9 years of age. Tiller was hard to start and would not run when throttled. It leaked oil and gas. They told me it would be 7 to 10 business days and it was. The charges are what was estimated after diagnosis. When I got it home, I gave it a test and it starts easily and does a good job cultivating with plenty of power. No oil or gas leaks visible. I am pleased with the service performed.
