The Maids

They came every week for approximately two months. They did a fairly good job, but they broke some of our stuff and they also just stopped coming. They could be more reliable. They just kind of quit coming because I guess they must have hired some bad staff. I think they hired somebody that had a drug problem. It was $100 a week and they came out for 8 weeks.

Love the Yellow Team with Nathan and Chandra leading. Have been using the service for over 6 months on a bi-monthly basis.

They did bi weekly housecleaning for me. They were very professional and reliable.

They were fantastic. I can't compare price.

Tasha responded immediately to my request for quote, and came out and walked through my home, asking questions and making sure she got all my instructions correct. The team came the following week, and have been coming every two weeks since. They do a terrific job with everything, including getting down and scrubbing the floors by hand. They use environmentally safe products, so my home does not smell like they were even here.

Went perfectly, without a hitch. I can't remember what I paid for the service, but it was exactly the amount estimated up front, and was quite fair.

I got four people to complete the job that i needed done it took them about 65 minutes. I liked the job that they did the only problem was that it took four people and they weren't totally busy the whole time. Janie was the lead made and she did the most work and did a fabulous job. She did the original inspection and then assigned each team member a job.

Excellent service, always on time, very efficient and careful with my personal belongs. I am very satisfied with this cleaning service and I am happy to give them an excellent rating! I have tried other cleaning services in the past and have had bad experiences especially when they constantly wanted to change days & times on short notice, which was very inconvenient. I also have had things broken with no note left, which I consider very unprofessional behavior.

It didn't go. I will not use them on principal now. You would think a business would want customers but I guess not.

My experience with them was very good. They always came on time. If they weren't on time, they would call and let me know. They did an overall pretty good job of cleaning everything.

Overall, it went well. The employees were very friendly and seemed like nice people. They did a good job of cleaning up pet hair, dusting blinds, and other cleaning that was hard to keep up with. However, one of the mirrors was kind of "wonky" after they left; images were distorted until cleaning it with another product. (no permanent damage to the mirror, but whatever they used made it distort). Other than that and the price being what I thought was on the expensive side, I was pleased. I will say that on the positive side that they are honest; one of my children left some Christmas money and gift cards in plain sight and no one took them.

This was the initial cleaning by The Maids, prior to their regular service at our house. They were very professional from Tasha the initial contact to the cleaning team. They came in, did the job well, finished quickly. They were thorough and we were very satisfied with the outcome. We hope the regular service will be the same. The Maids said we would have the same team, so I think it will go well.

They come as a team of three or four. Get right to work and get things done quickly. Very nice people.

THEY NO LONGER CLEAN MY HOUSE. I WASN'T REALLY SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE THEY WERE WANTING FOR THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. I HAD TO GO BEHIND THEM AND CLEAN. THEY MISSED A LOT OF THINGS THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DOING WHILE THEY WERE HERE. THE EMPLOYEES TALKED ABOUT THEIR BOSSES AND THE BOSSES BLAMED THE EMPLOYEES FOR WHY THE WORK WASN'T GETTING DONE.
