If you need a new or remodeled bathroom call Rachel Howard. She made me feel comfortable. Answered all my questions. Very easy to talk too. Even when I had problems. All I had to do was call her and she was there to help. Thank you so much Rachel for everything. ☺️

The BA crew arrived on schedule and immediately set to work. They took a couple smoke breaks but did not take a lunch break. In no time, I had my beautiful new shower. They had laid drop cloths throughout the house and kept all the mess confined to the bathroom. They did all of the cleanup and I didn't have to clean a thing. I highly recommend Bath Authority.
