Removal of an old Tower was done fast .

It was raining when the technician arrived, so we waited on the porch until it stopped raining. The technician had to cut a bunch of vines and bushes away from the tower in able to check out the old system. An estimate was given to replace the antenna, cable, signal amplifier, splitter, and grounding the antenna and our tower. We accepted the estimate and Kevin began, immediately to do the work. Within 2 hours, he had taken down the old antenna and wire from our 26 foot tall tower and installed all the new components. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I was very impressed with his work and how patient he was in getting everything done. He did wear a mask and practiced Social Distancing which was important to both of us as we are in our mid 70s. We will definitely be using Terry's Satellite City again, as long as Keven continues to be there. In Breckinridge County, Ky, it is impossible to find any locals who work on outside antennas. I have been searching several years trying to find someone and am glad that I found Terry's Satellite City. It is less to but a new antenna setup than paying for a year of satellite TV. Our antenna, together with Roku, gives us all the TV options we could ever want.

Well my neighbor across the street was supposed to get his put in. He waited all day and never got one put in. And they never called him back. And I never got my $15 referral coupon for the BBQ restaurant I was promised.

They were very knowledgeable. And knew about TiVo s doves. Gas problems. And sure enough I gad to get another one because all my channels wouldn t come in.

They did a excellent job with the antenna. The gentleman that install it was neat and focused on the job at hand afterward clean up all the empty boxes and wiring and so on left my house with no mess. And came back and adjust my antenna next day to make me HAPPY! I would hire these people again!!!!!!

The two gentlemen who did the work for me were the nicest and most knowledgeable men I could have asked for. They were patient with my lack of knowledge myself and explained everything wonderfully. They were both real treasures. I would recommend them to anyone!
