On time. Clean. Good business manners

It was a good experience. I called to have my AC checked and cleaned, and they worked with my busy schedule. They called me 30 minutes before they showed up to let me know they were on their way. When the man arrived he was clean, nice, and professional. He asked to come in and for me to show him where the units were. He talked to me about my unit, and what general service consisted of. He recommended a time frame of how often this service should be done. He offered me a Total Comfort plan that keeps my unit cleaned and serviced through out the year. It was a good price too.

I called temperature pro to come fix my air conditioning unit, I could feel air blowing through it but the air was warm. I got on the schedule right away, and they called to confirm someone was coming about an hour or so before they got there. The guy was very nice and understood what I was going through. I showed him where the unit was, and he got to work right away. He was there for a little over an hour, but by the time he left my house was beginning to cool down. He explained what was wrong with the unit, and suggested that I have it cleaned and serviced occasionally.
