Technicare Carpet Cleaning

Description of Work: Three rooms, less expensive the competition and was prompt. I'd use them again.

Description of Work: This is the third time I've used Technicare. Although I get a different service team each time, each team is as courtesy and professional as the last. They were exactly on time (at the start of the 2-hour service window), they quickly got to work and did a thorough job. Technicare is a rare find in the service industry. I frequently fire (never use more than once) companies throughout the service spectrum because they have no idea what constitutes basic courtesy and communication skills. I will continue to use them for carpet cleaning, and may use them in the future for one of their expanded services.

Description of Work: I checked the reviews on Angie's list and called Technicare because of its overall high ratings. I found the whole experience to be first-rate, from the initial phone call to set an appointment, email confirmation, and all questions answered by the office receptionist (Karen) . I was given the price for chairs (3) and one large sofa. The time window was set, the technician (Paul) called about 15 min before the window began to give me an approximate time, then called when he was on the way. He explained the process, was very neat and attentive to detail. I would definitely call them again for other jobs.

Description of Work: They cleaned my living room and 3 bedrooms. I had a $60 gift card from them so it really was worth the $100 it cost me. They Scotch guarded the living room as well for $4 more. I've paid normal price for them as well and they were worth it as well then. Saves me a lot of time and effort. They just came in on time and got to work and left. No messing around. Just shows that if you are honest and fair you will get repeat customers and keep your business going well.
