Technicare Carpet Cleaning

Zack and Jared did a great job cleaning our carpets, especially the stairs which were pretty dirty. They were very thorough, professional, knowledgeable and communicated all the necessary details. I would recommend Technicare to family/friends.

They were wonderful! We had the carpets cleaned in our new house and they made the carpet look, smell and feel great. They called me prior to showing up and I also received a reminder email. Totally satisfied.

The service was great! They were able to get melted crayons out of the carpet from the previous owner... The carpet upstairs and down looks great.... We will use them again.

Our gutters were full of roofing nails. They cleaned all the gutters and gave a detailed account of what the problem was.

They provided email notices of when they were coming and sent reminders, as well as a telephone call when they were on their way to your home. When they arrived, he asked about any areas that were stained, pet accidents, etc.. After explanations, he pre-treated those areas. Cleaning went well; when he was done, he explained the drying process, gave estimates of how long, discussed any areas he found that might still have some residual discolorations due to wear and type of spills, i.e., coffee, tea, etc.

They did a very good job, will hire them again

I called and even though they were booked out - they made my request a priority and were out at the first opportunity. The crew was very professional and courteous. I cannot tell you the last time a person said "yes sir" to me when I spoke to them. They cleaned out my gutters and cleaned up after themselves as well. Great experience and will definitely use them again.

The service went really well. There was like a $90 additional cost on top of the $199 Big Deal because we have extra vents. They were quick and efficient. I think they were in and out of the house within about three hours and everything works fantastic.

Technicare contacted me promptly after I purchased the deal and was terrifically helpful when I needed to reschedule. A crew of three arrived promptly and, as always with Technicare, they were neat, professional, polite and pleasant. They answered my questions and worked tirelessly on a very hot day. Before they left, they even asked if I had a spare furnace filter, which I did. and changed it for me. Highest recommendations to Technicare and the three gentlemen who performed the service (Jeff, Connor and Zach). I had never had this done before and am glad I did.

They showed up, were amicable, and pulled practically and entire German Shepherd's worth of dog hair out of the system. Well worth what we paid for. Since we have hardwood floors it kept the dust level way down afterwards.

The guys were super - very helpful, professional, prompt. I just wish I would have asked them to move the couch as there was one 1 ft. strip of rug under the couch that didn't get cleaned. I should have been paying more attention but didn't notice until they were gone. Would have been nice if they would have thought to do this. But I was happy with the service overall and would call them again.

I have never seen my windows so clean.I don't know what they used but because of storms we had rain & dirt blow on them. After they dry they seem as clean as befofe.

They did an excellent job, my windows are sparkling.

Service techs Zack and Jared showed up promptly were neatly attired and respectful. Zack clearly explained the services I had purchased through the big deal and asked if I had any questions after which time they put on protective booties and corner guards, so as not to mar my freshly painted woodwork with their long hoses. They completed the work in a timely fashion with outstanding results. Clearly explained the drying time and pointed out any other issues they noticed.

No complaints ... Job Well Done .. Will use them again in the future..

It went very well. They called and were able to come early, which helped our schedule. They cleaned the carpets and let us know how to extend the life of the carpet.

I've used Technicare for years and never had anything but good work, clean carpets and beautiful freshened upholstery. I request Zach Wolfe who always delivers nothing but excellence. The carpet cleaning is pretty straight forward, but one sofa and a chair could have been problematic in cleaning, yet they came out beautifully. The cotton drapery had never been cleaned and I thought I would have to take them somewhere. Instead, I left them hanging and Zach 'drycleaned' them so well they even looked as though they had been pressed. Perfect and absolutely no smelly chemical odor. I always look forward to seeing Zach - an honest, hard working, clean cut young man who speaks well of the company he works for and represents. Can't ask for more than that. Thanks Technicare !

I contacted Technicare through Angie's and Vicki answered within a day to my request. She was excellent in keeping me posted about the appointment and worked with me on the price to add the walk in closet. Zach and Jared arrived earlier than expected, which was great. Got right to work and did an excellent job of cleaning. Also, explained to me about liking Technicare on Facebook. I will definitely use them in the future.

I choose Technicare based on reviews from Angie's List. Technicare schedule someone to come out inspect vents and give us an estimate for the job. The estimate was written out in detail and the price was comparable to other businesses providing this service. I was able to schedule the service time that was convenient for me. I received more than one email reminders about the service appointment. The day they came Connor and Jeff explained what they would be doing and the approximate time it would take to do the job. They were very friendly and professional. They took great care in getting their heavy equipment in and out of the house and was very patient working around my dog. I had a very good experience working with this company and would definitively used their services again.

First, they arrived on time. Something that is very rare. They introduced themselves, then explain what and how they would be doing the windows. The two gentleman did an amazing job cleaning all the outside windows and I have a lot of them, including a sun room. They did all of them by hand. I was a little concerned because it was raining, not hard but still a light rain. I shouldn't have worried. I was totally amazed at how wonderful they looked. Rain or no rain. I was so pleased with the window cleaning that I asked them if they could clean the inside too. The had some time before their afternoon appointment, so I was fortunate. I was very happy to have the windows cleaned inside (for additional fee) and out. It has been raining quite a bit since the window cleaning and they still look amazing. I would highly recommend Technicare of Louisville!

The service and professionalism was excellent. After the serviceman was gone, I noticed that the cleaning wasn't completely finished but it wasn't enough to call the company. I will contact them again for future service but next time I will monitor the work more closely. Their pricing is a bit higher than other companies but if the work is done well, I would rather pay the higher price.

I purchased a deal from Angie's list for part of our carpets and was contacted right away by this company. They were very quick and clear on their message replies, I got an appointment set up and pricing for additional areas figured out right away. Zach was our technician and he was very friendly and professional. He arrived early for our appointment, had a lot of knowledge and helpful information and explained everything he did very clearly. He also helped problem solve us out of a bad situation. And even though our problem made him have to leave and come back later, he made sure we got all of our carpets cleaned that day so we could start moving in. He also gave us options for more discounts on the additional amount so it ended up costing less than what was originally quoted. Great work and great customer service, we'd definitely use this company again in the future.
