Description of Work: Provided gutter cleaning services. Technicare was extremely pleasant to deal with. I received email reminders of my service date and they arrived very promptly, were professional and courteous. I have a tall 2-story house, with an awning covering my back deck, making the gutters hard to reach. Technicare was able to clean all of my gutters very fast, and even the hard to reach ones on the back of the house were taken care of. Very impressed with their service and would use again, for gutter cleaning and other services they offer.

Description of Work: All of the vents and ductwork in the house were cleaned. We just moved in, the house had been vacant for a couple years plus we did some renovations, so we really felt that things needed to be cleaned. Technicare wasn't able to book us as quickly as I would have liked, but other that that. I was extremely happy with everything. They were polite in all contacts, punctual, careful in our home, and did a thorough job. It's an older home with a very steep and narrow stairway to the furnace in the basement, so they had to take the unit around to each vent area of the house individually, which I don't think is the preferred method for them, but again-- they did a great job and were very personable.

Description of Work: 2 men came to clean our outside windows. They were quick, professional, and did a great job. We asked them about also cleaning our inside windows, and they quoted us a price that seemed fair. To save us money, they did the job while they were here. We will call them again, when we need our windows cleaned again. We were very please with these courteous and professional men who also explained any window flaws and ways that we can save money in the future - by contracting both inside and outside windows to be done, when scheduling.
