Technicare Carpet Cleaning

Shawn and his associate arrived on time and completed the work in a timely and professional manner for a fair price. Approximately 38 windows were cleaned. We would definitely hire again.

They called before they came and were on time. Both were courteous and Zach was good at educating me about stains and spot removers. We went around the house and I explained anything I had concerns about. I was assured great care would be taken in each instance Zack answered all my questions thoroughy. I had several large area rugs that when removed left a lighter area on the carpet. While they didn't make the carpet all the same color, it does look better. Next house--all hardwood with area rugs!! Zach gave me some good ideas about getting out stains that I will start using right away. I will call this company again. I may use them as my window cleaner next time.

I used them last year, as well. Everything considered, it was well worth the money. They did a great job and were on time.

It went well the guys moved quickly were here actually early. I had some stains in the childrens room and most of them came out. Anything that didnt come out he explained why and it was minor.

Excellent-they were prompt, efficient and did a thorough job. They are also very nice people. Previous to this task I used the company at my previous home to wash my deck, clean my windows and clean the carpets. Their prices are very good as well.

Fantastic. Zach and Massey were here precisely when they said they would be and did a superlative job. I did not know my old, grungy carpet could look this good again. I had a great room and hallway cleaned and pet treated. My mother-in-law, who will be visiting from England, will be so impressed with how wonderful our home looks (and smells). Thanks guys!

We were very satisfied. They came to give us a quote which was detailed. We got a good feeling for the people when they came to quote the business. You could tell that they were knowledgable about the type of work they were quoting. Only positive things to say. We are particular and their work was very good. We were comfortable with having them in and around our home. When the job was completed, we found ourselves asking "why have we not done this sooner?" I am taking the time to write because I would easily recommend this company. They did good work. . It was well worth the cost.

They arrived promptly to clean our carpets. The work was well-done and fairly priced. When the work was done, we were offered the opportunity, if we were happy with the job, to post our satisfaction on Facebook and receive a discount. That was easy to do, and we think, pretty creative marketing.

Immediately was taken off guard by the extra costs for services that I had not been made aware of when speaking with the office and receiving a quote.....

Not sure if I didn't read the fine print or what, but they only washed the outside of the windows - I was expecting them to do inside and outside as other vendors in the past have done. Other than this, they were very professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The price would have been good if they'd done both the inside and outsides.

They did a spectacular job. It really hadn't been cleaned like that since I'd moved in. I had just generally mopped and dried since I'd bought the house. The two technicians were Zack and Jared. They explained a number of things about the flooring, asking me if I'd had any grout repaired which I had. What I knew is that they really looked at my tile and didn't just clean it, they really investigated so they could bring certain items to my attention. They told me exactly how much time it would take because when scheduling my day it was very important that I knew how long I needed to be there and stay off of the floor. The information they gave me was very helpful and useful! They even called to give me the day of the appointment to give me a more specific time of when they would be there!

Zach called me to let me know they would be running late. They were scheduled to arrive between 1:30pm and 3:30pm. They arrived at 3:00pm which was on-time! Zach and Jared were very professional and explained what they were going to do. They moved furniture that I wanted cleaned under and replaced it in the correct place. They were careful not to damage anything. There was a stain left that they were unable to remove and they informed me about this. Zach made helpful recommendations about carpeting that would wear well. I would highly recommend Technicare of Louisville. We have had many companies clean our carpets and they are by far the best!

Zack and Jarred with Technicare showed up on time and were very professional. They walked through the house to see what I wanted done and explained to me what they would be doing and what to expect from the service. The carpets are clean and our tile floor looks great! The grout is so white that the floor practically looks new! We are very pleased with the results and will definitely use Technicare in the future.

The techs were very knowledgeable about the problem areas and what we could expect from those areas in the future. They used the appropriate chemicals and the carpet came back almost completely--far more than I thought possible. They were right on schedule and the price was as advertised. They were professional, clean cut, and careful with our furniture. I have had a difficult time finding a carpet cleaning company I liked and this one seems to be the best. Definitely would reuse. In fact, we have used them in the office, too.

Scheduling was efficient and user-friendly. On the appointed day, Zach and his apprentice arrived promptly. Zach explained the cleaning process, including length of time required for drying. All my questions were answered clearly and completely. The job was completed ahead of schedule and to my satisfaction.
