They were very quick and efficient. They came when they said they were going to come. They did what they said that they were going to do.

Talked to Jeff on phone who gave me detailed estimate and was very professional. Loren called to say he would arrive on time which he did. He was very polite and professional. Carpet was cleaned very well in less than 2 hours. I definitely recommend them to others!

Very well! Lauren and Mike (I think that was the other guy's name) were nice, friendly, clean looking, professional and quick. The carpets looked great! We were very pleased and would highly recommend them and will use them again the future.

Called ahead when they were coming. Arrived on time. Explained process and cost. We had other contractors in the house at the same time and they worked around them efficiently. Carpet looked great when they were done.

They did what they said they would do. They got here on time and called me when they were on their way. The workers were very nice and I was comfortable with them in my home.

They were good. they came when they were supposed to. They were expedient and the carpet looks great. I would consider using them again in the future.

They were running a little late that morning and called me to let me know they were running about 15 min late. I appreciated that. They came to the first house and cleaned the couch and love seat then the carpets. They look fantastic! like new. There were some stains on the carpets which I wasn't sure what they were, we have a child and dog, and they got most of those out. Then at the new house the carpets turned out great, they managed to get several stains out of one of the rooms, including marker that seemed to be ground into the carpet. That carpet was off white and looks brand new. They were polite and very friendly.

Excellent! Carpets where not cleaned for a few years and had a few stains from the grandbabies (and grandpa :). Techicare performed their magic and the results where better than I expected. I have used their services before and as usual, they arrived on time, where very professional, friendly and fast. I could not be more pleased.

Wonderful experience. Shawn worked hard the whole time he was there. Unlike some other service companies whose workers take breaks more than they work, Shawn worked the entire time!! He had all the required equipment to get the job done - no leaving to get stuff. He arrived, explained what he was going to do, did it, cleaned up and left.

When Shawn arrived, I showed him all the windows we wanted cleaned. He explained the process, asked where we wanted him to begin and told us how long it would take. When he left, he didn't leave any messes behind. The only trace that he left was our sparkling windows.

When Shawn arrived, he explained in detail how the process was going to work. He asked me where I would like him to start, and then explained how long he would be working. When he was cleaning the carpets, I was home with my son. He was friendly and talkative to my son, making both of us feel comfortable. The scent of the cleaning solution was very pleasant, a fresh citrus smell, not at all chemically or offensive. When my daughter got home from school, she remarked, "It smells great in here!"

Reasonably priced. Lauren (carpet cleaner) was punctual and courteous. He performed his job above expectations.

Found them online. I was desperate because I was having overnight company the following weekend. They were able to accommodate my schedule on pretty short notice. Very professional.

We are very satisfied with the level of quality & professionalism of the services performed! The 'crew' was timely & friendly. The equipment that Technicare used had to be 'state of the art'. A 'machine' was connected directly to the furnace. All register covers were temporarily removed and they cleaned each duct all the way back to the furnace. The filtration system in the 'machine' left no left over dust, etc. All register covers were properly replaced. The amount of dirt, dust & dog hair that they took out of the machine was unbelievable! And, it's obvious now that we have better 'air flow' through the ducts thus, our furnace has to be operating more efficiently so I am sure we will notice a decrease in our gas bill. And, our house is not getting as 'dusty' anymore. We are very pleased with the service and the price was well worth it. Thanks Technicare! I can't wait to use your other services!

I have always been pleased with their service, they called near the beginning of the window to let me know about what time they would arrive in the window. The technicians looked great, they both smiled when I came to the door which really put me at ease. They asked me to point out which areas I would like cleaned and if there were any specific stains I would like them to work on. They were very efficient and moved my sofa and end tables. I had them do a rug in my living room and they moved all of the furniture off of it. The sofa looked great when they were done, they had a special tool to clean it. I was amazed at how much dirt had built up over the years, I would've never guessed! When they were done, they summarized the work they did and specifically mentioned the stains I had pointed out. They got them all out! One of them had been there for at least a year and another company said it wouldn't come out. Shawn used a special solution he had to get from his van.

Shawn, the owner, came to my house with another technician and cleaned all of my windows, which is not easy since I have storm windows and permanent dividers in the real windows. He was extremely pleasant and was on time, they give 2 hour windows of time and he called at the beginning of the window to let me know about when he would be there in the time frame He and his partner were very careful in my house, they took their shoes off without even asking! He moved all of my furniture away from the windows very carefully. I felt like he truly cared about my experience overall with his company. They completed the work in a very timely manner and when they left, the windows were sparking clean, I couldn't believe the difference it made! I have recommended them to all of my friends. I have since used them for a lot of their other services and every time they do a great job.
