Technicare Carpet Cleaning

It went great, I've used them before. They are on time and they do a good job.

Techincare did a great job. Their customer service was excellent and their price was very reasonable.

There were prompt and professional. They were also very neat and clean. They did a good job.

Gave arrival window of two hours, 2-4, called 30 mins. before arriving, arrived at 2:09. Clean cut and polite, he went over the details w/ me and then began first by protecting my house w/ bumper gaurds and a cold weather seal for the door because of the hose going through it and it was 22 degrees F outside. Worked hard till all was finished, collected money, I tipped $20, wiped his foot prints from my foyer and left. This is the 4th or 5th time I've used them, and every time they have done an excellent job. The owner is VERY thorough, I've only had someone else once and although very good, just not quite as good as the owner.

They did a good job. I didn't have any complaints. They moved the furniture because they had to clean underneath there.

From the time someone took my call to the completion of the work, I had a good experience. Very friendly and professional team. Someone came out to provide an estimate just a few days after my call. The estimate was broken up in a way that made it easy for me to decide how much work I wanted Technicare to perform. Upon accepting the estimate I was on their schedule. It took a couple of guys the better part of two days to complete the work. The team was very professional and the deck looks awesome. I had one small issue with some grass that was killed during the refinishing and Shawn Sizemore got to work on making it better as soon as I called. He kept in frequent contact with me and was solid in his resolve that the issue be addressed to my standards. I'm happy to say that all is well and I will definitely use Technicare in the future. Not only is the work very good and the personnel kind and professional, the extra mile that Shawn went to see that I was satisfied means a great deal -- great customer service.

Had them clean carpets and they performed excellent service just as the other times I have used them. Also, I went with getting my air ducts cleaned as they had never been before. I asked a lot of questions so I would understand the process and they were very good at answering every single one. While the ducts were not as dirty as I thought they would be you could see the difference when they were done. The guy also patched a couple of holes in my duct work that were made during our basement being framed for finishing. I had put duct tape on, but he took a couple of small pieces of sheet metal and patched them up nice. This company is great, I just wished they painted, cooked and cleaned my house! (ha ha ha)

From the estimate to the day of service, Shawn Sizemore and his assistant, were professional, thoughtful, and committed. They spent time explaining the services and condition problems they found with a few of my windows. I know they saved me money and did some things for free. Shawn and Technicare are amazing, and I have and will continue to recommend them.

The service and quality were great. We had some complications. The truck broke down and rather than coming first thing in the morning, they did not come until later in the afternoon. Those things happen. It would have been nice if they could have kept us more in the loop about possible arrival time because there was a lot of waiting without knowing. One other concern - we had asked our sons to come and help us move furniture back, but the carpets were pretty wet. We were assured they would be dry in 2 to 4 hours; however, even after 24 hours, there was still considerable wetness. This is not meant to sound all bad. It was actually very good. Once we got past the broken down truck and the extended drying time, the carpets look beautiful. And the price was good. We would certainly use them again.

We know the owners so we went with them. We trusted them to do the job right and we have. They have good prices and they've done a great job.

My experiences with them have been terrific. I've used them several times, probably five or six, and recommended several times to my clients as well. They are meticulous. They wear booties, put little plastic squares underneath furniture legs, they are willing to move furniture, and they are excellent at explaining the process of what they do and why they do it. The are the best educated and most polite carpet cleaners I have ever encountered; by far. My experience personally, and on following up with my referrals, is that they are on time and are unsurpassed in their quality of work. They are top notch in both customer service and their product. I cannot imagine a better carpet cleaning company and I love their consistency because I know they will make a good impression on my clients and that reflects positively on me. They are impossible to top.

I am very happy, in fact ecstatic with this company. We had some long standing stains in the condo and they were able to get them out where two others companies had failed. They also met the price of another companies estimate.

They did a great job! Floors look great. They are professioanl and friendly. From scheduling to the service it's a good experience. We even had a mishap, while they were moving our bed the headboard was broken, and it was still a great experience. They apologized, had the headboard fixed, and came out the next weekend to put back together and finish the job. They did not bill us until the service was complete. We are very happy and will continue to use and recommend them!

When I called Technicare to schedule an estimate, their representative was able to give me a ballpark figure based upon the areas I wanted cleaned. Mr. Sizemore arrived promptly, explained the process, reviewed and revised the estimate to reflect some additional areas, and completed the job within the time limit that he stated. Both my phone contact and Mr. Sizemore were extremely professional, courteous, and friendly, and the service was completed well beyond my expectations. I was particularly impressed that Mr. Sizemore's explanation of the process exactly matched the recommendations of my carpet manufacturer and salesperson, and the price was extremely fair for the amount of cleaning performed. This degree of integrity is a rarity in service professions. I highly recommend Technicare and will call them for any future services needed.

Needed to get the carpet cleaned on short notice and was pleased they could come so quickly. Arranged for a time and Shawn called to confirm his arrival time. We appreciated his explaining the process and his professionalism. He takes pride in his work and in doing a good job for his customers We requested and received quotes on some other services for the future.

Great service! The person cleaning the carpets arrived on time, went over all the work to be done and did the work in a very professional and courteous manner. He answered all of my questions and it was clear that he enjoys the work that he does. I would recommend this company's services to anyone who needs the services they provide.

It was terrific. Sean Sizemore, one of the companies owner/operaters, called both phone numbers I provided to let me know they were running a little early and would be arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled window time. I was running errands, but received the message and was able to meet him and his partner at the house at the earlier time. Sean introduced himself and his partner, Sean, then he explained the cleaning process, made sure he understood what carpets were to be cleaned and exactly what furniture could and could not be moved in every room. The "Seans" went staight to work. They were very fast, careful, and efficient. They were also very thorough and worked continuously for an hour or more. I felt comfortable with them and made phone calls, played with my dogs, etc. while they were working. When they arrived, our almost white carpets were in pretty bad shape, especially through the traffic areas. Now they look practically new again! Amazing job. I was most impressed by this company's way of doing business! I felt as if they cared about the job they were doing, and about making sure I was happy and satisfied when they were done. I was impressed enough to have Sean give me a quote for refinishing our deck. I am a big supporter of people in the service industry who actually give "personal service." This company gets an A++++++++ for their service and I highly reccommend them!

I called to get an estimate and as it seemed good, I made an appointment. Shawn Sizemore(the owner), called on the morning of the appointment to confirm that they would be at the apartment within 20 minutes and he arrived on time. I appreciated the call notifying me that they were on the way. Shawn explained everything when he arrived and as he gave me a packet with the list of other work they did, I asked for estimates on other jobs I would like done in the future. Although I had a coupon from Technicare from Angie's List, he actually reduced the cost for the foyer and was able to add the upholstery protector (which I hadn't asked about on the phone), which actually reduced the overall cost of the original estimate. Shawn and his assistant were really great, very professional and neat and clean, even using protectors for the doorways to avoid any staining. I had used Coit several years ago and had been disappointed with the look if the carpet. They also had left a stain on one of the chairs which they said they were unable to get out, but Shawn left the chairs stain free. I was really, really delighted with the service and will definitely use Technicare again for not only the carpet and upholstery but probably the windows, screens and deck. They're really great!

Spoke with Shawn on Monday & he came out on Wed to clean my carpet. He wanted to come next week but worked me in when I told him I was having a party this weekend. He was very polite & professional. Moved furniture without an extra charge.

They do excellent work. I have recommended them to many of my friends and will continue to use their services. They're professional, punctual and take their shoes off before coming into the house. This is a very good company.

We had a problem with the carpet and they returned and fixed the problem. They are responsive to making things right.
