Technicare Carpet Cleaning

They come very clean and they respect your home as though it was their own. It's a family-owned business so they are very plesant and easy to work with.

They arrived on time and quickly and professionally got started cleaning the carpets. They were quick and efficient and very friendly and easy to get along with! My carpets look great!

It was outstanding. They arrived prompty, finished quickly, and did a better job than I anticipated. Several stains were removed that didn't seem possible. They also did not try to sell additional services and even gave me a complimentary area of cleaning.

It went wonderful. The guys called me before they arrived and then arrived on time. Two young, clean-cut, and extremely nice guys came in. They put little footies on before they came into the house. They went downstairs to confirm the rooms they needed to clean. I also had some other workers at the house that day. They worked around them really well. After they surveyed the basement, they got straight to work. They were there for about an hour or so. Once they finished, one of the guys came up to tell me about a spot they couldn't get out and gave me the invoice. It was exactly what I was quoted. I had also asked them to give me an estimate on window and gutter cleaning. He gave me that estimate as well. Overall, it went really well. I have found my new go-to carpet cleaning company!!!

I have used Technicare in the past and have always been impressed with their professionalism. They were able to get out spots which another company said could not be removed. I have also used them in the past for window and gutter cleaning and have also been satisfied.

Technicare was on time, thorough, and polite. They made it very clear they wanted me to be satisfied. They explained why certain parts of the carpet would not appear as clean, even though they were and what to expect out of their service. They wanted to inform and educate me about my carpet system. I really appreciated the efforts they made in explaining everything to me.

They were wonderful. They were really good because they had given me an estimate based on the gutter cleaning and it was going to be really expensive in the $800 range but when they came they ended up being very prompt. They started cleaning windows and when they went to inspect the gutters, they told that it was absolutely clean and there was no need of cleaning the gutters. So I thought that it was really cool of them. They could have told me that it was filthy and charged me the extra money but they didn’t and said it is not necessary. So I ended up having to pay only $200 when the budget was $800 and that was nice. They did a really good job and wore shoes covers when they came in. They took the screens down which some people don’t do where the last company I had used didn’t take it and just kind of wiped them off but this company physically took the screens down. They did all the window sills. I have a plantation shutters and they wiped those down. So they did really thorough nice job.

These guys were great! They came in on a Saturdy due to the holiday rush. The carpet looked so bad when they started that we were going to change it but decided to see if it would come clean. It had huge stains left by tenants. It looked NEW when they finished. They said that there were a few small stains that they couldn't get out, but I couldn't find them. They arrived on time, completed in the time alloted and left a bill for the extra work I wanted done. GREAT customer experience. Can we see if they will take over Insight?

Their communication was top of the line. They told me what was going to be done, how many people would be there and they stayed in touch to when they would be there for the service. I had them come out for my parents home and in their response they did a quality job.

They did a wonderful job. They were great. It was a Friday afternoon. They were pleased that it wasn't a real difficult job to do. Everybody was in a good mood.

I had Technicare come clean the carpets in 3 rooms of our home. The technicians were on time and took the time to inspect my carpets prior to cleaning. They informed me of reasonable expectations from the cleaning. The outcome was better than I could have expected. The technicians were also incredibly polite and worked around my kids and my dog. I would most definitely use the services of Technicare again.

I read all the positive reviews for this company which is why I chose them. I was very surprised, therefore, at the poor service I received. We had two room and a hallway cleaned and treated for pets because my cat had a bad habit of not making it to his box before he passed away. We wanted a thorough cleaning of the area he had wet because we have a 10 month old and were planning on getting new kittens. They did arrive on time but as they were working they knocked a piece of artwork that I had bought in Europe off the wall. They offered to make up for it by giving us a discount on cleaning our couch (which we had considered having done but didn't want to do because it almost doubled the price). I wasn't home at the time but my husband agreed. They took $20 off for their error but that was all. They also scratched some of the freshly painted floorboard. I can understand making a mistake but was very upset by them breaking a sentimental and irreplaceable bas relief (which by the way had been hanging there since we painted the walls two years ago and was there when the carpet was laid so it was not unstable). I also was very disappointed in the state of the carpet when they left. It felt sticky while it was wet and then kind of hard and crunchy after it was dry. It has gotten better with time and vacuuming but now seems to get dirty faster than it used to (the carpet was only a year old). There was also a small spot in the center of the floor which they did not even get out. I am very displeased by their service and wish that I had gone with someone else.

Louisville (and the surrounding area) had historic flooding and I came home from work to find my entire fully finished basement under water. At some points it was as high as 6-8 inches due to the slope. I immediately called Technicare and Shawn arrived that night and began pumping the water out and vacuuming out the water in the carpet. The next morning, Shawn and his team arrived to start ripping out the carpet, baseboards, and the unknown tile beneath the carpet. That day they had all the damaged items in my driveway and placed multiple de-humidifiers and fans to dry everything out. The next day, Technicare had a dumpster in the driveway and hauled everything away. That night, it continued to rain and more water came up from my basement drain. I called Shawn and he was at my door within the hour with a pump to prevent further damage, which was greatly appreciated. After a few days, they removed the dehumidifiers/fans and did a final cleanup. Throughout the entire process, Shawn continuously kept me updated and even told me to sit back on the couch and have a beer – he and his team would take care of everything. They did!

They were very professional. Their price was reasonable. They showed up on time. They did what they said they were going to do. I was pleased with the service that they provided. They did a really good job. they kept the promises. I would use them in the future.

It went fine and they were very professional. The first time their truck broke down but they were very accommodating and scheduled me back in promptly. The next time they came, everything worked fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The carpets were clean and they were great.

I spent $100 on the power washing. They send out different people to do different things. I like the guy who did the carpet and upholstery shampooing a lot. I did not care much for the guy who did the power washing. I would hire the power washer again. It was as though he was trying to talk me out of the things I wanted to do. I wanted the upholstery inside my car cleaned and he told me that he thought that it might be hard to clean. It was kind of odd that he did not even try. I just felt like he was really polite but there was some kind of a personality thing that was going on that I did not like. They did good work. They are a very professional company and do good work. I think they have a very tightly run ship but respond to their customer well. He was not rude but he was a little too much of a yes man. The guy who washed the white sofa did an amazing job. It looked beautiful afterwards and I liked it. He worked hard and did a good job. There was a guy named Sean and the owner was also Sean. He had quoted me on all the work that was going to be done. When the carpet shampooer came, I told him that it was a good deal on the carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. He told me that they don’t usually do it that way. He told me I could call and check and he got the owner on the phone. The owner honored it but it should not have been done. I just did not have a good feeling about Sean. He showed up to do the power washing and he was going to move the patio stuff out of the way so that nothing got dirty. He said that he could not do the power washing in some parts of the house when I wanted it to be done all around the house. I told him that I would take the risk and he did it and it worked out fine. When they left, they left the gates open. I have a dog and they knew it. I thought that was very irresponsible. I did call them and tell them to be more careful about that. It was a frustrating day.

I think they did a nice job and they were very friendly. The only thing I did not like was that I had scheduled this, two weeks in advance or maybe even three. The day they were supposed to come in, their truck broke down and so they could not come. They wanted to put me back at the end of their first open appointment, which would have been another two weeks. I did not really like that. I just did not think it was fair. Moreover, I moved some things to make it accessable to clean, so I was not happy about that. They did rearrange the schedule to have the guys come in on their day off on Saturday, which was the Fire Works day, so that they can do my carpets. Therefore, it was both good and bad. Bad because I didn’t want to be at the end of the line for days for cleaning. Good that they understood that there was a problem for me therefore they had people come in on Saturday. I kind of felt bad about it as it was bad weather but they said they did not mind. Responsiveness; they did respect my feelings about the matter and then did offer to do the things.

They do a great job. We've needed their services 4 or 5 times, and the owner has been very helpful to us. The work ethic and honesty is very high, and they do a great job.

I had used this company the year before to clean my carpets. They did an excellent job. I had several stains that I thought would not come out since I had a previous (major company in the area) carpet cleaner tell me there was nothing they could do. I was planning to replace the carpet but had the technicare guy take a look. I was amazed that he was able to get every stain out. This year I had them come back and give me estimates on cleaning my gutters and draperies in addition to clearning all my windows and carpets. Again I was considering replacing my gutters because one leaked very badly. They took a look and told me that the gutters definintely needed cleaning (a downspout was completely backed up) and the caulking had broken. There were here for 2 days -- cleaned all gutters, windows, coach lights, carpets and draperies. Everything looks fresh and clean and ready for spring (now if the weather would only cooperate I be very happy!) Overall I think this is an excellent company. The only complaint I had was that they arrived early but when I explained that I arranged my schedule to be available at the time slot I was given they said they would come back at the appointed time. One other item to note: The estimate I was given included cleaning the carpet in my office -- turned out I decided not to do that room. They indicated that they would remove the charge for that room. I think the tech made an honest mistake and just forgot to take it off -- and I didn't notice it at the time I paid. When I discovered the error I sent them an email and within minutes received a reply back apologizing and saying would credit my account for that amount that I will apply to another upcoming job.

He is very thorough and good. He is clean and I don't mind him in my home. He shows up on time but if he is going to be late he will call. He is honest and won't try to sell you on unecessary work.

They arrived on time; were very professional; carpets were cleaned exceptionally well. End result was exceptional. As far as carpet cleaning go, they deserve an "A" rating. The price was the only area that was difficult to rate, as I am not familiar with how they rate comparatively.

Work was done in a vacant apartment (investment property). They were scheduled between 12 and 2pm. I told them I had to leave at 2. They arrived at about 1:30 and started their work. I left at 2 and told them to finish and lock up the apartment when finished. I trusted them based on the testimonials on Angie's List. When I checked the next day, I found the carpeting to be clean and the apartment in order. Would definitely use them again.
