Technicare Carpet Cleaning

This is the second time I've used Technicare, the first being at our previous house before we sold it. The services performed are listed above. After having it cleaned, the smell was much improved, and most of the spots were gone. The guys explained that with the age of the carpet, that not all the spots would come up. We expected this, so it wasn't a problem. The rest of the carpet, though, looked fantastic! The even went so far as to explain a couple issues they found, and made suggestions about cleaning them up. One was some general wear, which I expected. The other, they pointed out how the dog messed against the baseboards, and offered how to fix this on my own. Also, when I called for an estimate, I told them that the basement area was pretty large, two open rooms, and a bedroom. I told the lady I was okay if she needed to charge for 5 areas because of the size. She absolutely REFUSED, and said "That sounds like 3 areas to me, so let's say $129." She negotiated it down for me! The extra cost was because we added a basic "pet stain" treatment. Again, she told me the "deluxe" was unnecessary for our needs, and suggested I not pay for the upgrade! I will definitely be using Technicare on a regular basis. Both experiences, were fantastic!

On time, professional, and efficient.

Shawn and Zack did a great job! They called when en-route, showed up right on time. I had 4 rooms and a hallway cleaned, spot treated, and protected. the carpet looks great. They even repaired a small area of carpet and it turned out really nice. Very professional, fun - they enjoy their work! I highly recommend them.

Very professional from start to finish and price was competitive with others for same work. Arrived on time and had 2 men to help manage the equipment (hoses) which enabled the work to be done quickly.

We decided to have the carpets cleaned before the Thanksgiving holiday since we were having out of town relatives coming. I called Technicare on Monday morning to see if they had time to fit us in on Tuesday. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and very pleasant! She explained the services, gave me a quote and told me that they could fit me in after hours for an additional fee which seemed very reasonable! On Tuesday afternoon, much earlier than expected, I got a call from the technicians who were out and had someone cancel so they were calling to see if I wanted to save the after hours fee and have them come right over. Needless to say, I was thrilled to save the fee and have them get the job done earlier in the day! They were very kind, courteous, and explained everything they were going to do in detail. They also offered to add an extra service at no charge to me since I was able to accommodate the change in their schedule! Not only did I get my carpets cleaned earlier than expected, they were thorough, courteous and polite! They did a fabulous job and I will definitely call them again in the future!

They did as they said they would and my deck looks just terrific. They came out and gave me an estimate and asked me to choose the color of finish I wanted. They power washed the deck and said they would come back when it was dry but the rain caused them to have to wait a day extra. The two men (Troy and Shaun) came back and put the finish on the deck. It looks great.

The company did an excellent job of squeezing me into their schedule even though I gave very little notice and was a first time customer. They also kept me reminded/informed of the upcoming appointment. The technician also called prior to arrival. He was very polite and helpful and did an excellent job of getting out the spots I was worried about. He also gave me good advice on how to spot clean my carpet in the future to avoid the problem I was having. Everything was put back into place upon completion.

Got a coupon via email, called and scheduled appointment and they showed up and did exactly what I needed done when they said they would.

It went great! The guys came on time and performed the work quickly. They got a lot of spots up but weren't able to completely remove the dog smell.

I dd compare prices with other companies, and Technicare was on target for prices.They were competitively priced and offered the same prices as competitors or lower.

They were quick, efficient, friendly but professional, and arrived on time. They explained if there was a problem; e.g., a previous company had scratched two of my windows, something I had known about and had decided not to use them again. I was very pleased with the results. I had also used them for carpet cleaning and, now that I know how many services they offer, will definitely use them again.

When a customer such as my wife and myself get a service provided that meets or exceeds our expectation, then there really is not any negatives that apply. This would be a 5 star company if that rating existed. We found this company through Angie's list and we will continue to use their service.

They came in took my blinds down and cleaned them; Brought them back and hung them. Very professional. They offer same day service but I work nightshift so they took them down one day and returned the next. On time, got the job done and were gone. They are very friendly and you'll be happy with the service~!!
