Technicare Carpet Cleaning

I'm really pleased with them. The pricing is a little bit high. I haven't found anybody else that would supplant them. They're very easy to work with. They will send me emails down again asking if I want the service or not. They're coming next week to do the windows. This time, I was quoted higher. I have a lot of windows but since I'm only having the outside done, I thought it was a little bit high.

Technie Care were very professional, showed up on time, and completed the job on time, highly recommend.

The Boyz at Technicare power washed, sanded & sealed the deck. They dodged raindrops to get it done and went out of their way to make certain the job was done to my satisfaction. Very easy to work with, doing their best to make the client happy.

They were prompt, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Courteous too.

BEST COMPANY I can remember using in years! I LOVE Technicare and wish I had discovered them YEARS ago, and had MORE things for them to do! Very nice, businesslike receptionist made estimate (only) appointment; pair of clean, neat, nicely uniformed men arrived on the date and time of the appointment, patiently listened to homeowner needs and wants and set work appointment time and what they planned to do+ estimate cost (before the discount); arrived on agreed work date and exact time and proceeded to steadily, thoroughly and effectively attack all problems (and even removed their shoes and put on "booties" before entering the condominium!!! for the balcony work). All work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and to MORE than the homeowners' satisfaction and then they presented bill which was exactly as "estimated" and then DISCOUNTED by 15% which was what was offered for the month of August. (Discounts vary as to the month, so you might want to check with the office to see what it will be.) Seldom, if ever, have I encountered such clean, neat, polite company "representatives" nor been presented with such thorough, successful work, nor had such an exact estimate and delightful SURPRISE discount off that original estimated cost! I wish EVERY company was as fine as Technicare (and NO, for suspicious minds, I had never heard of them before-sadly- and had/have no connection to them or anyone involved with them whatsoever.)

In July 2013, after Technicare Carpet Cleaning Company cleaned my couch, upholstered chair and ottoman, and four areas of carpet, I signed onto Angie's list to give my review. I was not satisfied with the service at the time as the main area of carpet cleaned was still dirty, spots that should have come out of the couch, didn't, and I felt the carpet was extremely wet indicating they didn't "remove" a lot of the dirt. So, I gave a lengthy, detailed review and gave a final grade of "C". Several weeks later I was very surprised to receive a phone call from the actual owner of Technicare, Mr. Shawn Sizemore. He had read my review and was very concerned with the fact that I was not overly pleased with the job they had done. We had a very nice conversation on the phone in which I listed what I was displeased with. He then offered to come to my home himself the next day and re-clean those areas I was dissatisfied with for free! I was shocked as I had never had a company try to make things right like that after a "so-so" review. Unfortunately, I was unable to be home the next day when he came to perform the services, but my husband was. So, imagine my complete surprise and utter delight when I walked in my house and the very first thing that popped out at me was the huge difference in the two main areas of carpet that had been re-cleaned! My carpet hasn't been that clean since it was new! And, the couch he re-cleaned looked new as well! I couldn't have been more pleased! I spoke with Mr. Sizemore again on the phone and expressed my happiness at a job very well done! He expressed the opinion that there may be some technical issues that needed to be addressed with his employees and was going to set up a meeting with them to go over the issues. I was still so surprised that someone cared enough about his business to make things right with the customer, and meet with his employees to go over issues that may have been involved in my displeasure with the initial service. So, of course I came back to Angie's List and changed my review and Technicare (and Mr. Sizemore!) now has a great big A plus from me! Not to mention they are who I will use from now on! It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They did pretty good. They came very quickly when we called. They were very professional and very competent in their knowledgeable of what they needed to do. They were very friendly. I had a good conversation with the guy when he was done.

This company is one of the best I've used for carpet cleaning. They were prompt, extremely professional, detail oriented and have a variety of services offered. I will surely be using them again in the future. Their prices are very fair, and a good bargain when combined with their coupons and specials they offer. The guys that came out were so courteous and careful with my belongings. I'm so glad I found this company!

Great service! Zach and Andrew arrived on time, were very pleasant and professional during the service. I had 5 area rugs cleaned and 2 couches. Zachary was very informative but not pushy with the services that Technicare provided. I elected to do an additional protective finish on the couch and 2 of the rugs. They were upfront and honest about all of the charges. I would use them gain and would recommend their services, rugs are very clean as well as the sofas.

Young men were very courteous and hardworking.

We have used Technicare for over 5 years. They cleaned the carpet in our old home at least 8 times. Also, they cleaned the air ducts, pressure washed our deck & playground and mitigated a leak from our washer into our basement. Now, we are still using Technicare in our new home to mitigate a small leak that damaged carpet in our basement. Thank you for your professionalism and we will continue to use you in the future!

I had Technicare clean my carpets and furniture last year and had them return because I was pleased with their work. Again this time, they were professional, courteous, and did a great job cleaning the carpets and removing some difficult stains.

I recieved a reminder email from Technicare the day before my appointment letting me know who would be coming and that they would call in the morning giving me an ETA. As promised, Zach and Andrew called at 7:45 and arrived when they said at 8:30 a.m. They did a walk thru of what I wanted done, listened to my concerns about certain furniture pieces I wanted moved or left in place and where I felt they might need to give a little extra attention. Zach told me what they would be doing and in what order and why. All very thorough. For some reason, I expected them to be there for a few hours (maybe basing that on how long it usually takes me to clean the same areas !), but they were through cleaning and spraying with Scotchguard in under an hour. The carpets looked beautifully cleaned and any furniture they had to move was put back in place on small blocks of foam to avoid rust marks.. I will definitely do this again. I really liked Zach and Andrew and while I enjoyed a leisurely breakfast and the paper while they did the dirty work. Great job, guys !

Went very well. Disappointed that they do not take credit cards.

We easily set up service online. Price quote was given for the work. They showed up promptly and did the work as promised in a very professional manner. They cleaned up and left everything in it's place as when they arrived. No messes ...no problems whatsoever! We used to do the work ourselves so we have no price comparison from other companies. They do have a five dollar fuel charge.

They were great, but price seemed really high. I might use them again, but I would check around for a better price before I did.

Good. They were not able to remove all of the stains - even recent ones. They did take the time to give me helpful information which I can use to lesson the impact of future stains.

We found Technicare through Angie's List. Made an appointment to clean the living room carpet, which had quite a lot of stains, thanks to the kids, and bedrooms upstairs, which had some cat vomits, thanks to my lovely cat. They came timely and I appreciated that they called me ahead of the appointment so I could make plans accordingly. They spent an hour doing the job and I saw a huge difference in my carpets! All stains and vomits were gone, except an old tea stain. They explained why the tea stain couldn't be removed and offered tips as to how to treat new tea stain in the future. I have actually just make an appointment with them to clean the living room carpet again.

Shawn Sizemore and his team of professionals are really the best! They called to say they were on their way, they were prompt and courteous. They discussed what their service would include and asked if we had any questions or concerns before they started. They are very mindful of the pets and are very clean and neat. As window cleaning involves many trips in and out, they are especially tidy and wear shoe coverings when back in the house so as to keep interior floors clean. I would absolutely recommend Technicare.

Perfect from beginning to end! While I may have paid a couple dollars more per blind ... It was WELL worth it just as a matter of customer service if nothing else. Super folks to work with, and they always are!

Two of the crew arrived early in the morning to clean fourteen (14) large windows. The windows in the front of our house are two (2) stories tall and they cleaned both inside and outside the house. The windows look so clean and clear! In fact, they are so pristine that birds often fly into them because they do not "see" the windows! The indoor atrium is a somewhat difficult task -- inside the atrium we have a pond, several hanging plants and in-ground plants, and a very large tree! The lead window cleaner did a fantastic job. When he completed the window cleaning, he and I "inspected" the windows from both the first floor and second floor. There were a few areas that were streaked or smeared and he promptly re-cleaned the areas. Guests at our Derby Party continued to ask who did the windows and how beautiful our atrium area reflected the inside and outside of our house! After the window cleaners were here for about a 1/2 hour, two other crew members arrived. One member was to be trained to clean windows. I asked how Technicare cleaned area rugs and was told they did them "on site." Upon learning that the carpet cleaner machine was on their truck, I asked about four (4) area rugs. I was told a very fair price and the carpet guys cleaned the carpets. Our area rugs look beautiful -- and their cleaning product enhanced the colors of each of the rugs. The four crew members were friendly, professional, and informative. We have used Technicare for our window cleaning for several years -- and will continue to have them return.

Overall it was very good. The technicians were very helpful and professional. The carpets look nice but I was a little disappointed in the carpet in my living room, it seemed to look rather limp again very quickly after the service.

I was very satisfied with them so I had them back. I was very happy with them. They are always right on time; they are very prompt. They are very polite and very nice. They were very professional and I plan to use them again.

Excellent, they treated all the pet stains and each are looks awesome. The also provided me suggestion on how to clean up after pets on future stains.
