It went well. He was very friendly and professional and did a good job.

We had our carpets cleaned prior to moving in. There were numerous pet stains and worn traffic areas. When technicare left the carpets were all fabulous. Great work we are completely satisfied.

Overall excellent service and quality. Zach and Chris were very timely, courteous, professional and they did an excellent job. The one disappointment was they don't take credit or debit cards for payment, only cash or check.

The process went very well. Zach and his partner were very professional. They explained all the processes associated with the job they were going to do. I am happy that some of the stains that I expected to come back (because they did after another provider cleaned them) have yet to return. I am hopeful they will stay gone! I was also getting estimates for window cleaning and air duct cleaning. Again, the guys were very thorough, explaining the processes associated with these services, what to expect and how much it would cost. Zach even went the extra mile and gave me quotes for other services I may want in the future without my asking; i.e. screen porch cleaning, gutters, outside lighting, etc. I will definitely use Technicare again! They did a wonderful job.

They were courteous, They did an average plus job.

They are always on time , very professional and courteous. The guys usually do something extra like clean bathroom mirrors or shampoo an extra area rug. I have used Technicare many times being a Realtor, I feel confident enough to refer them to my clients

What a great company. They did a wonderful job cleaning our carpet and also the air ducts in our house. They even noticed we didn't have a filter and called to tell us to get one before turning the ac on, so it wouldn't pull all the dust back in. It was a new to us home. They didn't make us be there and gave us a 30 minute ahead call to let us know when we needed to be there. They were very helpful. We were very impressed with their work.

Everything went so smoothly. Making the appointment was a breeze, they were even able to fit us in on short notice. Tech was VERY knowledgeable, informative, careful, and professional. We will definitely be using Technicare again!

Shawn Sizemore quickly determined the cause of our basement water leak, removed drywall, disinfected floors and carpet, and placed industrial fans to dry out the space. He went above and beyond to connect us with the additional individuals needed to repair the damage. Shawn saw to it that the job was done right. He even returned to inspect the completed work and clean our carpet a second time. Shawn and his workers were professional and clean-cut. We would definitely recommend this company to perform any of the services they offer. Technicare stands by their work, and it is not complete until the customer is satisfied.

They were here on time. They were very professional and quick. The services performed exceeded expectation. Everything looked great. I would also like to add that they were able to come on short notice the week of Thanksgiving. I could not have been happier.

They arrive - dressed in khakis, blue company jackets and polo shirts - Jeff commented that he was here last year before I could say "you look familiar!" Took time over very quick, 2-hour, visit to chat in response to my questions. Results are totally refreshing and worth the call twice a year! Owner (Mr. Sizemore) came out a couple years ago when they were new in area - talked roof cleaning service they were considering, and inquired what was important to me for window cleaning service. Email correspondence is very personal and quarterly, usually asking about scheduling or offering their newest service. This company is flawless.

Used Technicare last year, on recommendation from company from which carpet was purchased. Results were unsatisfactory and spots still showed. However, they were very cooperative about returning to make things right, so I used Technicare's services again this year. Because of inclement weather this year, I asked to reschedule a few times and got complete cooperation. Arranged a 2-hour window for time of arrival. The technicians arrived within 5 minutes of the earliest possible time. The men were polite, careful, clean and tidy, quiet, quick and efficient. Carpet looks great!

Everything went well. Our appointment was rescheduled due to a mechanical problem with their truck. I was very pleased that I was called early enough in the day to change my schedule around rather than waiting until I had left work for an appointment that wouldn't happen. On the re-scheduled day Zack and Andrew arrived on time, explained what they would do, listened carefully to which items I wanted moved or left alone then proceeded to clean all the carpets in the house, finishing in less time than was originally estimated for the job. About the only thing that wasn't as promised was that the steps were still wet the following morning. I was able to locate enough fans in my house to blow directly on the steps at each landing and they were dry when I got home from work.... 24 hours after the cleaning. Considering that every carpet in the house needed to dry, I expected that the 4-6 hours promised dry time wouldn't happen. I would say it took 24 hours for all areas of all carpet to be dry. I"m very pleased with the work and will have them back!

Cleaned carpets throughout house including all stirs and hallways.

I have had Zach and Andrew before and was glad to see them again this time. I showed them the areas I needed cleaned and Zach offered to refigure the cost saving me a few dollars due to the size of areas to be cleaned. They used a different pre-treating product than before and I liked it better. Zack and Andrew are really nice guys and hard working. The carpets looked great after and were completely dry 24 hours later. I own a nice steam cleaner, but between Technicare's price and the pleasant interaction with the guys, Technicare will be cleaning our carpets from here on.

I called and spoke with Vicki, who was very nice and informative. We have never used Technicare before, as we had always gone with the big chains, for carpet cleaning. I was very impressed with the reviews and was excited to have fresh, clean carpets. On the day of the cleaning, the 2 service men came out and were very professional and nice. We were suprised that it only took them under 45 minutes to do a large bedroom and family room, along with the hallway. We had even had them do the "Pet Treatment" in the bedroom, for an extra charge, as we do have 3 dogs. (mind you, we vaccuum 4x week, but it did smell like dog, hence the carpet cleaning). My husband was the one that was home, he said that they were very nice and seemed to do a great job. He did say that when they left, the carpets were very wet. Wet enough that he actually put rugs on the hardwood floors, so that we didn't slip when exiting the rooms. I called Vicki the next day, as I was very concerned that the carpets were still very wet! She said that the weather plays a big part, which I do think is a contributing factor. But, that same day (Nov. 20th) I came home from work and both the Family Room AND Bedroom carpets were still WET. Mind you, we had the heat on, the fans in both rooms going. Not just a little damp, but wet enough to soak my socks, walking thru the rooms. Those 2 carpets didn't get all the way dry until the next day. I have never had my carpets take that long, with any of the other Services that we have used. Also, I don't know exactly what the "Pet Treatment" is, but the bedroom carpet smells the same as it did before they cleaned it. I wouldn't of wasted my money with that, had I known that it wouldn't make a difference. The Family room carpet has streaks in it, (it's a cream/multi berber). It's awful. I had really hoped that it would turn out much better and am really disappointed in how it looks. Granted, the family room carpet is older, but on any other time that we have had it cleaned, it has never looked this bad.

It went great from the time I called in the serviced until the service men left the house. Vickie was very pleasent and informative when taking the order, we had follow-up calls until 15 minutes before they arrived and an email with the confirmation. Nick and Zach did a great job on the carpets and where very friendly and accomodating. I was really impress on how the companies processes and excellent service was performed.
