Chris at Storm Guard was very knowledgeable and willing to work with my schedule. The work was done in a timely fashion, the cleanup was thorough, and my new roof and gutters look great!

Great experience with this company. They made the insurance process easier to get through. Did a great job on our roof, knocking the majority of it out in a single day!! Cleaned up so well I can’t even tell they were here, other than the beautiful roof of course! I’ll be bringing them more business as I continue home improvements.

The professionalism of Storm Guard personnel made the process very easy for us. Every person from Storm Guard involved in this process from the inspector to the laborers to the billing person performed their role with excellence. Rare these days. They worked with us and our insurance company, restored our home and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Storm Guard.

Advertisement was for minor roof repair and inspection. When scheduled, requested they patch a small hole in corner of roof from squirrel, this was the main reason I purchased the special. After inspection was complete, tech called and said they did not do the minor repair but I had storm damage and wanted to sell me new roof and put on my homeowners insurance. Subsequent roofers that have come out said I do not have actual storm damage. Overall disappointed.

They weren?t entirely honest. One thing they told us that the shingles would lay straight after a few months but the shingles kind of stick up. They aren?t all the way flat like they should be. Another thing, they left a lot of nails and trash and did a little damage to our deck. It wasn?t bad damage but I feel like they should have repaired it or taken some off of the bill. We asked them to come out and pick up the nails. One guy supposedly came out and picked up the nails but we found 10 or more after that guy came out. They left packaging and trash all over the yard. They contracted a painter to come in and repair the holes from where our roof had leaked. He did a horrible job so we asked him to come out and fix it and he did try but my husband still had to fix it. When I found out how much the roofing company paid him I thought it was really low. They received a good amount of money and could have paid someone who was really good a decent amount to fix the holes. The paper work they gave us was not the same as what they gave to the insurance company. I saw what they sent to the insurance company even though I probably wasn?t supposed to and I think they were trying to cheat my insurance company for as much as they could. They sent in 2 more request for money for additional things they said they did but they didn?t let us know so they got irritated that I didn?t pay them quick enough buy I had to try to figure out what it was they were requesting money for.

Outstanding. Through Angie's $99 roof package, Storm Guard came to inspect and perform minor repairs. Realized serious wind damage, called and negotiated with insurance company to get a new roof, which was OK'd. The installation of a new roof with a 50 year guarantee on shingles, and 5 year for labor, went like clockwork and was done in a day and a half. Post-installation clean up was great. Also, damage done to the outside A/C unit was reimbursed in it's entirety, no question asked. They cleared the final payment with the insurer and made this complicated process very easy for us. Storm Guard is a company that is trustworthy, reliable, effective - and most important, under promises and over delivers. I can highly recommend this company, as well as it's field manager Joey and project manager Chad.

They were professional and friendly. Came over assessed the issue. They came back and were able to fix it.

Storm Guard did an excellent job replacing the roof. The roof was completed in the timeframe promised. We had some minor issues after the roof was completed around the yard, but nothing that we couldn't take care of. Overall it was a good experience.
