+ -1 moreIt went well. The first set of three trees (Leyland Cypress) unfortunately died due to weather conditions and adaptability to the soil conditions. Mark suggested a different, hardier type of tree and replaced the original dead trees with the new type (River Birch). Free of charge per his initial guarantee. Birch trees seem to be doing fine

+ -1 moreAfter the site visit, Mark told me he would provide me an estimate within 3 days of his visir. As of this comment, I have not received the estimate.
Description of Work: I contacted Stephenson's a couple of weeks ago regarding work I needed done. I had to call the company back twice to get someone out to view the property.

+ -1 moreIT HAS BEEN OUTSTANDING. THEY CUT THE GRASS. IF I DO IT MYSELF IT WILL TAKE A COUPLE OF DAYS. THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAY WHAT THEY WILL DO. I HAVE THREE AND A HALF ACRES. I COULD SPEND A COUPLE OF DAYS CUTTING IT MYSELF OR I COULD CALL THEM, AND THEY DO IT IN A COUPLE OF HOURS. THE CUT ISN'T GREAT, BUT THEY DO IT QUICKLY.
