2 workers moved most furniture except very heavy pieces (piano, china buffet, etc.) which I thought were not necessary to move. Piano had just been tuned and I preferred not to move it in any case and risk "un-tuning" it. We only had to move small display items on side tables, display cases, etc. Appointment was 24 hours from time of placing call. (could have been that afternoon!) Carpet looks beautiful.

They did a really good job. One man did the work. He did a good job. He was an older man who had been doing the work a lot of years. There were no complications.

They are good. I am pretty happy with their services. It’s hard to give the price because I don’t always have them do the whole house.

I could not tell which office the workers came from; it was handled as if from a national center. Consequently, I did not feel that I was doing business with a specific location. It was surprising that I was charged an extra fee for "deodorizing" and the fee was nearly as much as the actual cleaning. In addition, I was disappointed that the "contract" plan was only available if used it to repeatedly clean the same areas. I was expecting better options based on the experience of someone who regularly uses Stanley Steemer in another location. In the future, I plan to call another company and ask for a price quote that includes "deodorizing" as well as any "contract" specials that might be available. Based on what I learn, I may opt to use a different company.

Everything went great with this company. I have been using them for years. I have recommended this company to several people. They were on time and very efficient. The carpet looks great now.

The men did a wonderful job, getting out stains that had been in the carpet for some time. The house seemed so clean afterwards. Great service!

They had to come back a second time. The first time they did work, there were some spots that were left on the carpets, but the second time was good. I was not satisfied that I had to call them a second time to get the job done right. I paid them $150 on the job. Their price was good. They were punctual. I would use them again in the future.

The only problem I have with them is that they ask me to vacuum before they come. I wish they would do that with the service. Otherwise I think the employees are very honest and professional. I am always pleased with the quality of their service.

They were able to schedule within two weeks and arrived on time and worked quickly but did a very good job. Very polite individuals.

We requested an appointment between 9:00 am and noon and the cleaners (2 gentlemen) arrived around 9:30 am. My husband was there and said they were very professional and did a thorough job. We were very, very pleased, even though the final cost was slightly more ($30.00 more) than the on-line estimate, but we may not have plugged in the correct amount of areas to be cleaned on their website.

They were an excellent company. Their work went very excellent, they were very polite and professional. I felt that they were very courteous towards me.

The man that cleaned for me was friendly and efficient. He went right to work, explained what he would do and directions for me to continue after he left. The only thing I didn't like was that he tried to sell me other things while here. Such as: the scotch guard treatment and the deodorizing, plus a special mat to put by the door to help me avoid getting dirt into the house. He wasn't high pressure with it, but I had not asked for that to start with and really didn't want to talk about it further. Once I said no he did not pursue it.

They arrived on time and called before they came. Representatives were professional and courteous. They were knowledgeable and asked good questions before they began their work. They worked quickly and cleaned four bedrooms, one hall way and one great room in 20 minutes from unpacking to driving off.

THE FIRST TIME THEY SENT TWO YOUNGER GUYS. THEY CLEANED AND SCOTCH GUARDED ALL OUR CARPET, A COUCH AND A LOVESEAT IN 10 MINUTES. THEY DIDNT WANT TO MOVE THE FURNITURE EVEN THOUGH WE PAID TO HAVE IT MOVED. IT WAS A BAD JOB BUT WE DIDNT COMPLAIN. WE CALLED BACK ABOUT FIVE MONTHS LATER AND THEY SENT A DIFFERENT CREW. THE SECOND CREW DID A VERY GOOD JOB.

WE SAW THE ADVERTISEMENT ON THE TUBE AND WE HAD LIKED THEM IN PENNSYLVANIA SO WE HIRED THEM HERE. WE LIKED THE WAY THE CARPET TURNED OUT. THEY CAME QUICKLY AND DID THE WORK. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE HERE, THEY WERE CLEAN AND THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. WE WILL HAVE THEM BACK THE NEXT TIME WE NEED OUR CARPETS CLEANED.

I GOT THEIR NAME FROM A NEIGHBOR WHO WAS REAL PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY DID A REAL GOOD JOB ON THE COUCH AND THE CHAIR. THEIR PEOPLE ARE CHECKED AND THAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME BECAUSE I LIVE ALONE. THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND I DIDNT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THEM IN MY APARTMENT. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

I THINK THEY THEYRE REASONABLY GOOD. SOMETIMES THEYLL TELL ME THEYLL BE HERE BEFORE NOON SO THEYRE NOT THAT SPECIFIC. I THINK THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THIS LAST TIME THEY DIDNT DO AS GOOD OF A JOB WITH THE LIVING ROOM BUT THEY DID COME BACK AND FIX IT. THEY SENT A SUPERVISOR WITH THE PERSON TO MAKE SURE IT WAS DONE SATISFACTORILY.

I THINK OVER ALL THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD, THAT IS WHY I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM TO CLEAN THE CARPETS IN THE HOUSE. THEY DO A GREAT JOB. EVERYTHING DOES NOT ALWAYS COME CLEAN, BUT I THINK THAT IS MORE THE NATURE OF THE STAIN, RATHER THAN BEING THEIR FAULT.

THEY GOT THE CARPET CLEAN. I DON'T LIKE BEING GIVEN A WINDOW OF ARRIVAL OF TWO OR THREE HOURS AND THAT'S WHAT THEY DO. I WAS AT THEIR DISCRETION AND I DON'T LIKE THAT. I THINK THE PRICE IS HIGH. I THINK THEY CHARGE MORE THAN OTHER PLACES.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. I HAVE USED OTHER CARPET CLEANING COMPANIES, BUT I LIKE THEM THE BEST. THEY ARE PROMPT, AND I DONT HAVE TO WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR THEM. THE WORK THEY DO IS VERY GOOD, AND THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL.

THEY DIDNT DO A VERY GOOD JOB, AND THEY DIDNT TELL ME THE TRUTH. THEY SAID THE CARPET WOULD BE GUARANTEED TO KEEP ITS COLOR. WITHIN A MONTH IT STARTED CHANGING COLOR. WHEN I CALLED THEM TO REPORT IT, THEY SAID I DIDNT READ THE FINE PRINT. I HAD TO HAVE CALLED WITHIN THE NEXT TEN DAYS. THE PEOPLE WERE IN A REAL BIG HURRY, THEY WANTED TO GET IN AND OUT. THEY TOLD ME THEY GOT PAID BY THE JOB, AND THAT THEY WANTED TO GET OUT AS QUICK AS THEY COULD BECAUSE THEY HAD ANOTHER PLACE TO GO TO.

I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY WERE FAST & EFFICIENT. I LIKE THEM & I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN. THEY'RE WELL KNOWN IN THE AREA & I'VE NEVER HEARD ANYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT THEM.

I'D USE THEM AGAIN. THEY GOT STAINS OUT OF THE CARPET, AND THE WORK WAS GOOD. I DID SOMETHING ONLINE AS FAR AS SCHEDULING, AND THEY WERE REALLY RESPONSIVE. BUT WHEN THE GUY GOT HERE, I WAS EXPECTING TO PAY 99 DOLLARS PLUS THE FURNITURE PIECE, BUT HE SCRATCHED THAT AND MADE UP 150 DOLLARS PLUS THE FURNITURE PIECE. I DIDN'T THINK THAT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO GET OUR CARPET LOOKING LIKE IT WAS BRAND NEW WHEN THEY CLEAN IT. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT THEIR FEET WHEN THEY COME IN. THEY ARE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH FURNITURE THAT THEY MOVE. THEY ARE FRIENDLY.

THEY JUST DO AN EXCELLENT JOB ON EVERYTHING BY MAKING THE APPOINTMENTS, GETTING HERE ON TIME, MOVING STUFF, PUTTING STUFF BACK, AND CLEANING IT. I MEAN THEY'RE JUST GOOD. IT'S ALWAYS SOMEBODY DIFFERENT THAT COMES OUT, BUT THEY'RE ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THEY ALWAYS ASK IF I'M PLEASED WITH THE JOB THAT THEY DID.
