Dear (removed member name), First of all, I’d like to thank you, again, for your business. I am extremely disappointed in your review, and I take it personally when any of our clients is less than 100% satisfied with their experience with ShelfGenie of Kentucky. Your installation, however, was highly customized and our Installer, Mike, went over and above by agreeing to locate, purchase and install hinges for your cabinet that would allow you to maximize the width of your Glide-Outs. This is not a service customarily provided by ShelfGenie, but was, instead, an effort undertaken by Mike on his own initiative to maximize your storage space. I apologize that Mike was unable to install the hinges as quickly as you would have liked, but he spent a considerable amount of time – for which he was not compensated – in attempting to locate the hinges you desired at Lowes, Home Depot and several other hardware stores, before finally ordering them online after you were dissatisfied with the color of the hinges he had purchased and presented to you. As for your objection to our prices, I am the first to admit that our Glide-Outs aren't cheap and we do not apologize for our prices. Our Glide-Outs do, however, provide superlative value: they are made with premium grade materials, are installed by a Certified ShelfGenie Professional Installer, and are backed up by an outstanding warranty. Although we may fall short from time-to-time, we strive to provide a superlative level of customer service to all of our clients, as evidenced by our excellent Angie’s List reviews, and our A+ rating with the BBB.
