Description of Work: They provided estimate for "restoration" after a flooded basement. We agreed on price after discussion and reading pamphlet on their 3 step restoration process. Basement was dried out and wet carpet was removed but there was nothing done to restore the basement. There was also a disagreement on square feet charged as we were charged for more square feet then a recent appraisal found our basement to have. The flood did not even affect the whole basement. We tried to work to them to find compromise on price. They were unwilling to compromise or even work with us. There was absolutely no effort towards customer satisfaction. This is by far the rudest company I have ever encountered.

+ -1 moreHAD SPECIFIC PROBLEM AREAS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I FELT WORK WAS A LITTLE PRICEY BUT STILL WORTH IT. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND NEAT, AND THE CARPET WAS DEFINITELY CLEANER AFTER THEY HAD LEFT.
Description of Work: CARPET CLEANING WAS DONE. THEY CLEANED A BEDROOM AND HALL.

+ -1 moreI WOULDN'T HAVE THEM BACK. I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE IT WAS CLEAN. IT WASN'T AS CLEAN AS I THOUGHT IT SHOULD BE. MY HUSBAND FELT THE SAME WAY. THERE WERE TWO WORKERS THAT CAME TO THE HOUSE. ONE WAS AN OLDER GENTLEMAN AND HE DIDN'T REALLY TALK ABOUT WHAT HE WAS DOING. THERE WERE THINGS ON THE CARPET THAT I WAS SHOWING HIM AND I DON'T THINK THAT HE WAS PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT I WAS SAYING. I WOULD ASK HIM QUESTIONS AND HE WOULD GIVE ONE WORD ANSWERS.
Description of Work: THE CLEANED ALL OF MY CARPETS. THE SIZE IS TWO BEDROOMS, A HALLWAY, AND A GREAT ROOM. THE HOUSE IS 1600 SQ FT. IT WAS STEAM CLEANING.
