+ -1 moreI contacted Melissa after another one of her clients recommended her. She called me back immediately and following every other phone call and was ontime for every appointment. It took me a little while to get my home ready to be put on the market. During this time, being a first time seller, I had MANY questions. Melissa was very happy to answer all of my questions, even before I signed a contract with her. I did tell her I was going to sign, and by law she has to list the home within 2 days of signing, so I had to wait to sign until I had my home ready to show. She was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. She was also able to give great advice about improvements I could make to get the home ready for showing. I was moving out of state and could not wait for the home to sell, I was on a tight time line. Melissa offered to act as POA for me during the closing so that I could make my move before it sold. Since the home was empty, she staged it with furniture at her own expense for pictures and showing, which I'm sure made it nicer for showing. If can highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. She is extremely knowledgable, knows her stuff and will go to the max for her clients. As far as cost, I think most reputable Real Estate Companies are about the same rate which was 6% of the sale price of the home. The length of time it takes to sell obviously varies, I got lucky and the housing market was still going strong. But regardless, I think having Melissa on your team is a must.

+ -1 moreThey have listings all over the place. We went to a dozen places or so. He had lists of stuff that he though we would like. He worked with us for five months or so. He was always available and it was a good experience. When we purchased our property we need things done in a timely manor. He was driving around after hours to make sure we got all of the paper work we needed. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a place to live.
