The experience was horrible. They came out to do a service for my microwave in April. They said they would replace it. But I had to wait until they can come back out to place it in. It was smaller then the original one. They asked me to measure my cabinets, so they had the measurement of space. But it was still too small. They told it back at supervisor request. Then they told me I had to paid back a restocking fee. I replied no, I just want a new microwave. They was able to accommodated me. Then They was to send a check. I got the check for 300 dollar. I started to look up built in microwave it was over 1800 to get. I had to paid the balance myself and get someone to put it in. I was paid 49.95 every month for the service. I asked them to cancel and they decline and told me I had to paid for the full year.

They have been working on my 2 year old refrigerator for 6 months. Not only are none of the original issues fixed, but they have caused extensive damage to both the refrigerator and surrounding property. They refuse to resolve any of these issues. This video of their supposed top tier technicians says it all. [*** Link removed ***] Yes he actually says to "fix" the leaking ice maker. We need to remove the ice bucket and turn it off!

I really liked the choices in the products that they had.? I liked the salesperson who came to my home, who did the estimate.? He was very knowledgeable, took his time, and offered suggestions.? The one thing I would recommend is that the person that is actually doing the service, that he would be a little bit more professional and be conscious of a person's time.? The workmanship was really good, but I have a very small kitchen and the time that he spent was, to me, ridiculous.? They told me it would take two days max and it took three days, and then he still had to come back and do something else.? That was not good, to me.? The quality of the work was beautiful.? Yes I would use them in the future, but I probably would request a different contractor.?
Description of Work: They did the cabinets and countertops and installed a dishwasher. They relocated the cabinets from one wall to the other. They replaced the cabinets. I upgraded my dishwasher. I got a new sink and new faucets.

The delivery didn't go very well, but it was okay. The person in the store was good, but when it came to delivery I had a problem. They must have hired new subcontractors, they really did not know what they were doing.

We did several things with them they were awful. We had several things we had a refrigerator that needed a part replace we had a stove that needed part replace and because we live out in a rural area I think they were coming out of Weston which was an hour away they would claim to have shown up and has not been here and have never even come to the house and they have done that several times and I know that it took us several months to even get anybody reliable to come out here and once they do come out here they weren't able to even fix the stuff that is wrong with it we ended up having to find the part and fix it our selves they told us that Home warranty after we bought it said that the stuff won't cover under it and none of it ended up being covered so we ended up loosing like sixty bucks and so we had to cancelled that it was awful I will never use Sear again.
