+ -1 moreI THINK THEY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. I WASN'T REALLY PLEASED WITH THEM BECAUSE THERE WERE STILL SOME SPOTS AFTER THEY LEFT. THEY FAILED TO REMOVE STAINS THAT WERE THERE. THE WHOLE REASON I HIRED THEM WAS TO GET RID OF THESE TWO SPOTS, AND ALTHOUGH THEY ARE LIGHTER, I WISH THEY HAD JUST SAID WE CAN'T GET THEM OUT AND I WOULDN'T HAVE WASTED MONEY.

+ -1 moreTHEY CLEANED MY CARPETS AND GOT THE STAINS OUT. THEY WERE QUICK WITH WHAT THEY DID AND EXPLAINED THAT I HAD TO KEEP PAPER UNDER FURNITURE FOR A CERTAIN ABOUT OF TIME. THEY SCOTCH GUARDED MY CARPET.
Description of Work: THE CARPETS WERE CLEANED IN FIVE ROOMS PLUS A STAIRCASE.
