+ -1 moreTHEY DID A TERRIFIC JOB, ALL THE CARPETS WERE CLEAN, EVEN TO MY WIFE'S STANDARDS. THEY WERE ABLE TO MOVE THE FURNITURE AND THEN PUT IT BACK IN PLACE, THEY EVEN PUT THE LITTLE TABS UNDER EVERYTHING. MY WIFE DIDN'T COMPLAIN.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED THE CARPETS IN FOUR BEDROOMS, A HALLWAY, AND OUR LIVING ROOM.

+ -1 moreI CALLED THE NUMBER and THE MAN SHOWED UP and CLEANED THAT SAME WEEK. I DIDN'T TALK TO ANYONE EXCEPT THE ACTUAL CARPET CLEANER, BUT HE WAS PROFESSIONAL and EXPLAINED HOW THE MACHINERY WORKED. HE ALSO GAVE ME SOME POINTERS ABOUT HOW TO KEEP THE CARPET LOOKING GOOD AFTER HE WAS DONE. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME and DID A GOOD JOB WHICH IS WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.
