+ -1 moreExcellent. Daryl at Schott is old school, no nonsense and knows what he is talking about. He is a little more expensive than some other places I have gotten quotes from, but his work is top notch. He uses quality parts and I have never had an issue with any work they have done for me. They have my business for life

+ -1 moreNot very pleasing. Required multiple visits, different people, and days. Most of the time on the project was spent returning to the nearby shop, reportedly to get a sufficiently long masonry drill bit. This happened more than twice, but communication appeared lacking among employees. Work was fine, once actually begun, higher charges appeared to reflect all the unnecessary time spent.
Description of Work: Extend water and gas pipe hook-ups from basement to back porch.

+ 0 moreTHEY WERE EXCELLENT. WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM I CALL AND THEY COME RIGHT OVER AND FIX IT. WHEN I CALL THEY CAN ALWAYS ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. I HAVE THEM CHECK THE FURNACE EVERY YEAR, BECAUSE IT IS CHEAPER TO HAVE THEM DO THAT THEN TO HAVE MASSIVE REPAIRS DONE.
Description of Work: THEY CHECKED TO MAKE SURE MY FURNACE WAS OK.
