The owner Jim dealt with us himself, and provided the cleaning service. He asked a lot of questions before even coming to the house, so he would be prepared to do the job right. He explained his process when he arrived, and after some pleasantries, we left him alone to work. Jim is obviously a man who takes pride in a job well done. He is very detail-oriented, and did a very thorough job. He even cleaned the stairs, which I figured would not be included. (Most other companies will not do extra areas.) I hate to say it, but our two dogs keep the carpets pretty dirty, especially in the walk-out basement, where the doggy door allows them to go in and out all day long (and deposit debris as they do). I couldn't believe how nice the carpets looked, and how much better everything smelled! Also, the process is low-moisture, so we could walk on the carpets immediately afterward. Jim really did a great job, and was done in quick time. I'm delighted to have gotten such a great deal on this quality work, but would absolutely pay full price next time we call Sanipure Services!
