Just fine, a pleasure to deal with them.

It went very well, nothing else to tell.

Came out to take down a 40 ft and 30 ft pine trees along with grinding down the stumps and runners. Arrived at 9am and started with the smaller tree and worked well fast but thorough. Had both trees down, stumps and runners done, cleaned up completely by 11:15am. I am very pleased with their work.

Firewood was delivered promptly. Firewood is unseasoned and will not burn. It's useless to me this year.

Was looking to get some wood for the fireplace. They charge 55 for a rick of wood if you pick it up yourself and 85 if you want it delivered. I opted to pick it up myself. They give me good directions over the phone. Walked in, paid and picked up the wood - no trouble. He said usually they have someone around to help load it but he had already gone for the day - didn't mind loading it myself. One rick fit perfectly in the bed of my F-150. Wood was cut to a reasonable size (would recommend further splitting yourself for use in a fireplace) and was dry enough. Had no issues getting a fire going with it, Plan on going back one I burn this rick.

Charlie came out within a day or two for the estimate. My tree was near some power lines that seemed to intimidate another contractor - and raise the price accordingly... Charlie had it done within a couple of days and the cleanup was flawless. Would use him again but don't have another tree. I can't recommend him strongly enough.

Phoned Sang Tree Service, and they responded within a day to give an estimate and explanation of the service they would perform to cut dead branches from a tall tree in the front yard. Arrived on time to cut the branches out; were courteous and quality work; cleaned up area as they found it.

They are very good; I like them. The workers were prompt, did what they said they would do and cleaned up. They were recommended by a friend and lived up to the recommendation. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

They took out a several trees and gave us a good price. They did everything they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a problem with a mulberry tree that was not actually in our yard, but had split and half of it was hanging over into our yard and was resting on the fence and other structures. Mr. Sang was giving another neighbor an estimate on removing the portion of the tree that was threatening to come down on her fence. I asked him to give us an estimate on removing the portions of the tree that were in our yard. The price was very reasonable. They did the work the same afternoon. They completely cleaned up after themselves; didn't leave a single stick in the yard. We were so impressed that we asked them to give us an estimate on removing a very tall pine (50 feet?) from our back yard. They did that work the next day. Again, they did an amazing job (despite not being able to use their bucket truck due to lack of space), doing the work quickly and cleaning up afterward. Absolutely no damage to anything in my multitude of flower beds, and they had to drop the tree without touching our deck, garage, or shed. They even trimmed a few small limbs from our pecan tree at no charge. I was very impressed.

They go out of their way. They have never done bad job, they cleaned up behind themselves and pricing is average for area.

Everyone I spoke to over the phone was friendly and helpful. They told me it would be a couple weeks before they could come. A month later I called them back. They were friendly and appologetic, but they had my information and would get back to me. A week later I called again. They were apologetic and told me someone would call me to set up delivery in a couple days. Everything took longer than they stated. However, the men who came to deliver were friendly and professional. They stacked all of the wood-- and asked me how and where first. The quality and amount of wood was outstanding and better than other vendors in the area. I will use them again.

Cut & Removed large water maple.They Were very careful & safe, the tree overhung the garage & tight spot. Removed all wood, ground stump,raked & cleaned up shavings & used leaf blower to clean area.

Estimator came the same day to assess job and made estimate. The crew started the next day and spent the entire day removing the trees, men in harnesses cutting trees into chunks. Smaller branches were chipped and a truck with an extension boom removed logs from yard behind the house, loaded them on to a flatbed truck and removed them. There was no muss and no fuss. I paid by check at the end of the job.

Great. Plenty of wood for the money paid, stacked neatly and delivered same day I called.

We had a very large (80-90 feet) water maple in our back yard surrounded by power, cable and phone lines. This tree had begun to lose limbs causing some damage to our neighbor's garage. Three weeks ago a large limb came down (totally unrelated to weather) and knocked the power from the back of our house costing $900.00 to repair. We decided it was time to take it down. I called 3 tree service companies; one gave us an estimate of $3000.00 (Trees), one never returned my phone call and Sang Tree Service who had done work for us at our office condo location previously. It took from 8:15 until about 3:45 on a Saturday. Bear in mind that LG&E will not remove/replace power on the weekend. The workers carefully and meticulously removed each limb with expertise; it was like a puzzle. We have a lot of landscaping in our back yard and they worked around each plant/bush. All of the wood was removed and the saw dust was raked and removed. We would certainly use this company again.

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THEY DID GOOD WITH THE REMOVAL AND TOPPING. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY CLEANED ALL THE BRANCHES AND THEY LEVELED THE GROUND AFTER REMOVING THE STUMP. THEY WERE NICE PEOPLE AND PROVIDED GOOD HELP.
