SANG TREE SERVICE

Charlie came by to do the estimate within two days of my first call. Crew showed up within the week to do the work. Prompt. Friendly. Helpful. Reasonably priced. Did the work as described. Left the work area clean and raked. We were very happy with the service.

I was at work when the work was done, but when I got home, the tree was down and the area was spotless. We had discussed removing the stump, but my gate was not large enough to let the machine in. However, the stump was cut very close to the ground.Overall, it was a good experience.

They were half as expensive as the other estimates I had received. They had great equipment. There was so much work to do here. They showed up at 8:00 and were done by 11:30. They had a huge crew and they worked very hard! Anything we asked them to do they did! We were just amazed at how courteous all the workers were. We are very particular about our trees. They had been trimmed before, but it was not done properly. They fixed what had been done before, and they really knew there business. They knew a lot about trees and how to trim them. They were experts!

The service was very well. They were great to work with from the first contact. I'd gotten another estimate, and while both companies had excellent reviews, the pricing for Sang hooked me. I am very happy. They arrived between 0930 and 1000 and were gone around 1 or so. They did a fine job cleaning up, too. I would highly recommend this company.

From the first contact to the final clean up, I was happy with the service. They came out about 9:30/10:00am and were gone by around 1pm. I will post before and after pictures, if I can. Also, during the estimate phase, I received an estimate of $750 from Charlie Sang by phone. I messaged Sang's via Angie's List asking for a message with the quote in it so I could have it in writing. I received the message saying $775 (different person). I called and asked about it, and was told $750's fine, having inferred the $775 was miscommunication on their part. I didn't get a new message, but Charlie had come to my door and honored the $750. I would highly recommend this company.

Workers arrived at the agreed upon time and were finished within five hours. Very professional and the clean up was great (my yard looked better than when they arrived) Very impressed with service

I called them in the morning for an estimate. Within 15 minutes Charlie called me back FROM MY DRIVEWAY to give me an estimate. Their estimate was 1/2 the cost of one of the bigger companies that also had given me an estimate a few days earlier. And what shocked me the most, they ended up doing the work that same day. They were amazing easy to work with, open to me requests and followed-up to make sure I was happy. From now on, I doubt I will be getting estimate from anyone else.

This is the third tree we have had Sang remove. As with the first two, this one was handled very professionally, even though it was accomplished under difficult circumstances. No access for a crane to remove the larger pieces. They cleaned up the site and made repairs to the grassy areas damaged in the process of taking down the tree.

Sang was one of 10 tree services I contacted on the morning of 3/27/2014. Most of them said they would "have an arborist contact me" to set an appointment sometime the following week. With Sang, I received a call from the owner within a couple hours. He was already at my home (I was at work, an hour away). I walked him through what I needed, he did not try to upsell me on any additional services. He told me he could complete the work either the same day or the following morning. That was at approximately 1:30 in the afternoon. On my drive home, at 4:30, I received a call telling me the work was done. They waited after normal business hours for me to have the opportunity to get home and assess their work before I paid them. Payment was made via credit card (many other providers said they would not accept a card) and was done over the phone, with an invoice marked "paid" emailed to me within minutes. My neighbors, who were home and able to see Sang's crew while the work was performed, were impressed by the way they conducted themselves.

Their price was really good. They were very quick, responsive and cleaned up well after themselves. I am calling them again soon to do some more work for me. I would have liked to see them in uniform.

They had everything done within an hour. The price was right and the service was great. It was unbelievable - off the charts. The swept, and cleaned up the yard and driveway

It went well, there was no particular problem, except the next day or two after they finished, there were 2 good sized dead branched that fell out of the tree. I did not understand why they didnt see these dead branches when working on the tree. Its okay as I was able to dispose of them myself.

Responsiveness was immediate. The day I requested an estimate; he arrived at my house within 3 hours and service began the very day that I gave the go-ahead. The crew was professional and energetic. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to my neighbors and friends. The total job took about ten hours and there were 5 or 6 men in the crew.

The work went well and took about 1.5hrs for the team of 3 to complete. the tree was dropped as requested.

They came out on Friday and gave me an estimate, we agreed on a price and said they would be there Monday morning. They were there bright and early Monday, did exactly what they said they would and were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

They arrived on time and were very efficient and polite - The first day the weather was good and they removed the branches from both trees. (I would note that both trees were very close to our home) A winter storm then came in and they could not continue until the storm cleared several days later. All through the process I have to say that each and every one of the workers were very professional and considerate of our needs. We have had trees removed before by other vendors and I must say that none of them performed the work or cleaned up afterwards like Sang did. I would certainly recommend Sang to anyone who needs tree work done at a reasonable price and done professionally. We got other quotes and Sang came in $1,200.00 below the others.

His crew was wonderful. They finished the job in about 15 minutes because they were so well organized. Clean up was done to perfection. Previously, we had used a different tree service company, but were not pleased with their services. When we have further projects, we will definitely call Sang Tree Service.

I have had the opportunity on two occasions to have Sang's complete work on my homes I would and have recommended them to any of my family and friends

Very good communication. They weren't able to do it immediately but kept me informed about when they could. Very professional in their stacking, best I've ever had. Highly recommend.

Cut down 3 trees in front yard 6" to 8" diameter removed just about all traces that trees had been there, Ground out stumps. Back yard Cut & removed Approx. 12" and 16" trees Ground out stumps & cleaned up very well.

I should first mention that Sang is the only service that didn't treat me like I was located in Outer Mongolia. Steve came out the same day I called him. Took him around to look at the trees I was considering cutting. One I wasn't sure about but he explained why it should come down. Had a really great discussion about all the dead limbs left over from the infamous ice storm and some trees growing close to the house and came up with a plan of action. He was then able to bring his crew out a couple of days earlier than planned and completed all of the work in one day. Fantastic job. And I have this mountain of mulch for use next year in my garden! Two thumbs up to Steve and his crew!

Everything went as we expected. After reading excellent reviews we expected excellent service. Steve showed up on time with a crew and equipment. The work was completed and cleanup was done within a few short hours. The charge was exactly what the estimate was.

We had a large cherry tree standing beside a new four board fence and overlooking the railroad tracks and electric lines. I called Sang from their reviews on Angie's list. Wednesday (May 15th). Charlie came out and gave an estimate of $700.00 for the work. I agreed to the job. He called early Friday morning and asked to send a crew out within 30 minutes.They were on time.The tree was 55' tall. With a bucket truck, shredder and five guys, the tree was cut down, the branches shredded, the logs cut into firewood, (which I asked them to take), and the sawdust raked,and put on their trucks. It took Sang less than two hours to do a complete job. I was amazed at their professionalism, their courtesy to us as home owners. We paid the bill, gave the crew a $50.00 tip, shook hands, and they left. Doing business with Sang Tree Service was a learning experience. As a business owner myself for over forty years I was totally impressed with every aspect of their work.
