Great! We put our house on the market and had two offers on the first day! The work is beautiful, it just took a little longer than we had hoped.

The job was performed by one worker who was quiet and polite. He installed the hardwood floor in a matter of a couple of hours, and even though part of the old floor wasn't level to begin with, it is now. Sam's company has completed a few projects in our neighborhood, and we have seen the beautiful results. Our neighbors are very happy with their beautiful finished products.

The experience was good. They did it efficiently and at a fair price in a timely manner. The price was competitive. Everybody was charging the same price because of the hail damage; everybody was high.

The work that they did was very good. It took them a while to get the estimate and to get the project going, and it was a little expensive. However, once they got the job they came on time and did a fantastic job. They communicated good with me as well.

Overall the work was a success and done pleasantly and effectively to my complete satisfaaction. All removed materials were placed in a bin without spillage on lawn or shrub beds. All work was completed in two and one-half days with all materials removed and yard clean. No damage to shrubs or lawn.

Contacted Sam because he originally installed roof in '93. His nephew came out and was very nice and professional. I asked him to check out the leak and give extimate on a new roof. He spend about a hour on the roof measuring and checking out the flashing. Once done he told me that he recommended that I contacted a chimney expert for the leak issue, and that I really did not need a new roof yet. He said it still had two to three good years left. I feel like I was treated exceptionally well and given an honest opinion. I intend on contacting Sam Gerding Roofing when it's time to replace the roof, and I recommend him to anyone looking for an honest/professional.

Everything went great. They always got back in touch with me when I called them. They could have been a little bit better craftsmanship wise, but anything I pointed out they fixed. I just would rather not have it pointed out, but I was very satisfied. I will use them again for another roof.

I called the phone number listed for this company on a Tuesday. The man said he would call me on Friday when he was on his way over. He was to give me an estimate on siding for my garage. I never heard another word from him or the company.

HE WAS REALLY GOOD AND PROMPT. HE CAME OUT AND CHECKED ON THE GUYS THAT WERE DOING THE WORK. HE DID MY SISTER-IN-LAW'S WORK TOO AND IT WAS REALLY GOOD. THE WORK AFTERWARDS LOOKED VERY NICE. IT MADE THE HOUSE LOOK A LOT BRIGHTER.
