We could not have been happier with Ray. He presented designs for a completely new kitchen and then worked with us to change a few things to suit our needs. He was always willing to answer any questions and was very honest in his recommendations and opinions. It was a wonderful experience and our new kitchen is absolutely beautiful.

After carefully listening to our remodeling goals for our kitchen and discussing various options, Ray Russell sent a computer generated design and cost estimate within 48 hours. The design was exactly what we wanted. (Considering the numerous possibilities we discussed, I decided Ray could read minds.) Unfortunately, we had to trim the kitchen budget due to other home repairs. Ray proceeded to patiently explore with us a multitude of alternative designs that would meet our goals and our budget. When Ray and his son Rick began demolition and installation, our kitchen was their focus until it was complete (no delays because of juggling their other clients' installations at the same time). The result is a beautiful, efficient kitchen that is creatively designed and uniquely ours. Working with genuinely nice people with good humor was a definite plus to the experience.

I WOULD NEVER, EVER, EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE I KNOW. THE DEADLINES WERE NOT ADHERED TO. UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOOK TOO LONG TO DO WORK. WE WERE WITHOUT A KITCHEN FOR THREE MONTHS BUT IT TOOK THEM SIX MONTHS TO COMPLETE THE WORK. THEY WERE RUDE AND CALLED AND DEMANDED THE MONEY BEFORE THE WORK WAS EVEN FINISHED. PLUS, WE HAD TO DO THE TEAR OUT, REMOVING OF THE ORIGINAL CABINETRY, BEFORE THEY STARTED THE WORK OR THEY WOULD CHARGE ANOTHER $3000-$4000.
