I have used Jeff at Rouck for years and feel he and Rouck are professional and honest.

They have been out here twice. We also have to have our copper pipes replaced. Their price was pretty good.

Overall I thought that Jeff who performed the job was very good.

The initial install seemed to work fine. However, eventually the PVC pipe work came apart under normal usage. When I tried to push the pipes back together, I had difficultly forcing the pipes to fit properly because they didn't really fit. I called the company and they said it was past the 30-day warranty. I called someone else come out and look at it and they said it was an inferior job: two of the pvc pipe segments were nearly an inch shorter than necessary, Apparently, Rouck plumber forced the pipes together, creating so much stress that the pipes eventually pulled apart on their own in two places. Unfortunately, the pipes pulled apart during while using the garbage disposal and washing wishes, so an huge amount of water flooded my kitchen floor and escaped down under the sink into my basement. The company said it would cost $130.+ for them to come out an look at the problem and since it was more than a year since the original install, they were not responsible. When the original work is sub-par and shorty, a 30-day warranty is meaningless. Bad work is bad work.

They were good and I appreciated it. I called two people and they both were good on the phone. They did what they said they were going to and charged what they said they would. They made it easy because I work full time. It was probably one of the easiest things I've done. They were $40 lower than the other people.

Service was prompt and efficient. Provider wore protective boots over his shoes to avoid tracking dirt in the house which was a nice touch.

They came exactly when they said they would and completed the work fast and the work was done very well. The price was reasonable and they sent a very complete bill.

Fine. It took some time to drain the water. I appreciated the help when many in the community were without power. The service man was pleasant in unpleasant conditions.

When I called on a Monday, they were willing to send someone out that day. I told them that we were off work the next day, which would be better for us. He also advised us that if we paid on the spot, we would not have to pay a truck fee ($27). They said that a plumber would be there around 8:30am and he showed up at 8, which was wonderful. He used covers for his feet so he didn't track in dirt, pulled all the stuff out from under the sink, took the pipes apart and rooted the line. He was finished in about 1/2 hour and the drain works wonderfully. He also gave us some helpful pointers about using a garbage disposal, which was the source of the problem.

They had the lowest bid and the system was not even builder grade; it has a 10 yr. compressor warranty. On top of that they included a year maintenance contract (2 cleanings) in the sales price. They showed up the next day after I let them know I accepted their bid. The installation was done well. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

I'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR ABOUT NINE YEARS AND THEY'VE CONSISTENTLY BEEN HIGH PERFORMERS. IN ADDITION TO THE SEASONAL MAINTENANCE, IF THERE'S A TROUBLE CALL THAT REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION THEY'RE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND.
