Rose was helpful, accurate and very professional. Offer advice and enter my computer online without me having to do anything. She was always on the phone explaining what she was doing and I never felt as if she was intruding. She set the adjustments for the screen visual view and looked at the video output. She was not able to completely repair the computer online and advised me to go to Angie's List if I needed to take to a shop. She was a very far distance from me and understand that my transportation was limited and still she went above and beyond what I would expect.

What a relief to find someone to work on our computer that can give you personal service and confidence that it is going to be done right. Rosie let me drop off my computer at her some so it would save me money - this way she could work on other things while the virus scanning was running. While she had it, she cleaned up all kinds of misc. things that boosted the performance. She did some research for us on some software application we had. It feels like we've got our computer in good hands now. All this was done at a fair price and it was done very quickly because she knew we needed it back in a couple days (she worked over the weekend to make this happen!).

Overall, it went excellent. She does this in her home because "it takes to long to do it". I dropped it off and she delivered it back spit spot. Talk about value for money! She never charges more than $150.00 and she "loves solving problems". The magic is that I have a very old computer, yet she can boost the performance and response time just by servicing it. It did take awhile, mostly because she updated all the programs and this took time...I was way behind, but she didn't criticize. Rosie kept in touch and offered progress reports. She consulted me before changing or deleting anything. This is the second time she's rescued me and my computer from a total shut down.
