+ -1 moreKimberly was great! She did a great job taking our requirements of what we wanted and showing us homes that might work. She was very patient as we changed some of our requirements over time. She was very helpful in familiarizing us with Louisville and its neighborhoods. She also very good at pointing out features and attributes - good and bad - of the properties she showed us. She was extremely responsive and always prompt. No question went unanswered. For our house tours, we usually arrived 5-10 minutes early at the designated meeting place to find Kimberly already there waiting for us. We felt she made a concerted effort to make good use of our time. Once we found the house, we were happy with how Kimberly handled the offers/counteroffers and the subsequent closing. She was also helpful in getting us information about the house after the closing. Great experience working with Kimberly and I highly recommend her.
Description of Work: We worked with Kimberly as a buyer agent to help us find a home in Louisville (moving from Lexington). We chose Kimberly because she was persistent in contacting us as a follow up to web searches I had done for Louisville homes. Over the course of about 3-4 months Kimberly showed us numerous homes and helped us as we shifted our focus from buying an existing home to building a new home. She was helpful as we went through a process of evaluating and selecting a builder. The builder (Ray-Harris) we chose we were really happy about. Because our preference was to find an existing home rather than to build, we continued to look at existing homes while at the same time looking for a building lot. In the end, we found an existing home that we bought.
