Lucky Louisville!Sergey Churbanov and Roof It Right have come to town. You will not find a better, easier, or more professional roofing experience than working with Sergey. After hail damage in April and a visit from the insurance adjustor, I contacted several roofing companies, all chosen from Angie's List. All seemed to have difficulty returning phone calls, showing up for appointments, etc. except Roof It Right. I called Sergey on Friday afternoon and he came at 8:30 the next morning for an estimate. He has an extremely successful roofing business in Tulsa (read the reviews on Angie's List) and has now moved to Louisville. As I said, lucky us. Sergey gave me a very fair estimate. He knows this business, is extremely ethical (sometimes elusive in this field), and will make you happy. He is honest, professional, and very easy to work with. Sergey has an amazing work ethic. He shows up when he says he will, works through 100+ temperatures, and stays until dark when necessary. There was no interruption to the household and the clean up was perfection. There were no nails, staples, or roofing debris left anywhere. I highly recommend Roof It Right to everyone. My next door neighbor signed a contract with Sergey after hearing how satisfied I was with the whole roofing experience. If you need a roof and live in Louisville or the surrounding area (or in Tulsa) and you do not call Roof It Right, you are missing out. You will enjoy working with Sergey and Roof It Right--professional, ethical, competent, fair, and honest. What else could you want in a roofing contractor?

Sergey was the only roofer that did not try to inflate my estimate to my insurance company. I contacted several companies and out of all of them, Sergey was the only company that sat down and explained the entire estimate with me, showed me the areas of concern, and talked with me about my options. He also performed work on my fiance's roof because we were so pleased with the professionalism and care he took on both properties. I submitted my estimate to my insurance company and they had a few questions about the chimney being on the estimate. Sergey provided further explaination which detailed why the chimney siding needed replaced and the insurance company agreed. Sergey performed the work along with a second roofer. He stayed on site the entire time and the job took 2 days to complete. I mention this because the day my roof was scheduled to begin, we had temperature readings of 103-107 with humidity. They still started the job and completed on time. I expected him to reschedule but he did not. I have a beautiful new roof and will be hiring Sergey in the fall to replace my fiance's roof. He performed reoairs on his roof and installed a power vent to pull heat from the attic. He gave us a price to replace the roof and we are planning to do that with him in the fall. Thanks Sergey! You are the first honest contractor I have met!

the owner came out and gave estimate. he explained everything to me. i was very impressed with him. seemed very honest and sincere.

Their worker Sergei was first class, and he is probably the hardest worker I have ever met in my life. He did all of it by himself, and he was the only one that actually came out and gave me an estimate. The other ones never even showed up. He did a professional job, and he explained everything right out of the gate. He did some extra things I didn’t even ask for at no extra charge, and the work was just exemplary. I am yet to find a nail in my yard. He is just super, and I would recommend him to anybody. I just recommended a girlfriend of mine to him.

A lot of people don't want to work on old houses, especially ones with high, steep roofs. We had had terrible experiences with other contractors on lots of repairs to our house that ended up costing tons of money and causing even more problems, including leaks that caused interior and exterior damage. We needed a new roof and were afraid to hire anyone. Someone told me about Angie's List, so I compared the Angie's list reviews to the BBB reports for various contractors, and then contacted 5 contractors for estimates. One gave an exorbitant estimate and obviously didn't want the job, one sounded great but then never called back. We seriously considered the other three, but Sergey gave us the best deal. He suggested a more permanent fix to our perennial problem of fascia needing to be repaired that no one else had suggested. At first I was hesitant to call him, because on Angie's List it looked like he was uninsured, but that was wrong and he is in fact insured. He did much of the work himself, and he was so nice, and answered all my questions, of which there were MANY, given our determination not to get bamboozled again. The final cost was the same as the estimate. I have waited 5 months to "make sure" before I write a glowing review. And I am confident to now say, after several wind-driven, hard rains during which I have gone into my floored attic to inspect it during the height of the thunderstorms, we have no water coming in anywhere for the first time in the 14 years we've been in this house!! I can thoroughly recommend Sergey Churbanov and Roof It Right as a professional, extremely competent, and ethical roofing contractor.

After some issues with my insurance company over my roof, I was concerned and contacted three roofing companies after reading reviews on Angie's list and the Better Business Bureau. Roof it Right was one of the three I contacted. I called on Friday afternoon and by Friday evening, Sergey was at my house looking at my roof. I didn't expect that fast of a turnaround but it was a nice surprise. I felt that Sergey was honest in his opinion of my roof and it's intergrity and also in what steps I needed to do next. He reassured me about my roof and it's intergrity. He answered all my questions and concerns and I felt he was honest in the information provided. As a single woman, I think it's important to know that you can deal with a company that will be honest and not take your business 'just because'. So although I have not used Sergey for a roofing job, I would not hestitate to do so in the future..I actually may have to toss a coin to decide between him and the other company that came out.

The price was reasonable. They were fast.

It really made house repair a great exsperiance, please dont be put off by the accent, this company will make you happy! Roof it right provided us with a honest professional estimate quickly, I had 4 different roofing companies come do estimates. I preffered the nice honest company over the pushy and con artist type. They came the day promised 30 minutes early and on the hottest day in oklahoma they stayed busy as bee's, very organised and fast but high quality. I was very happy !so far 5 people have asked for there phone number. They came the next day and did my gutters, they really went out of there way to make needed changes to stop water from molding my siding. I'am hireing them for future work because they also do painting,siding and other goddies . :) I thank GOD for helping my family of 8 find a honest company to do our home. If you have questions on deductable dont be afraid to ask how it works this company understands how to answer questions. 5 stars

The Roof It Right crew arrived early Wed. morning tearing off the old damaged roof. Working late in to eveining stopping only to grab a quick lunch. They protected the flowerbeds when throwing debris off the roof. Arriving early the next morning they completed all aspects of their job which included totally cleaning all roofing debris.

We contacted Sergie on a Friday explaining that we needed the roof replaced with in two weeks. Sergie was here with his crew in a week and a half ready to work. He and his crew showed up at the time we were told, they were careful about letting our kids in and out of the house. They would stop all work till they were a safe distance away. They did excellent work, and went above and beyond by caulking areas that he thought were leaking on the siding. When they were finished, the crew did an outstanding job cleaning up all debris, and nails. Two weeks later I have only found five staples. Will use them again in the future, and would recommend Roof it Right to everybody.

I was a little unsure on how to deal with the insurance company, but Sergy helped with the estimate and paperwork, the insurance needed. Sergy is very knowledgeable and experienced with working with the insurance companies. After Sergy met with the insurance rep, we were not only able to get a new roof for our house, but our barn as well. Sergy was always on-time with all of his commitments and I was very satisfied with his work.
