Roof It Right

Sergei contacted me regarding the inspection within the time-frame that I was promised in the super deal. Because I did not feel that our problem was an emergency, he and I agreed that the inspection would be done the following week. When he came to do the inspection, I advised him about the two leaks after the week-end of the deluge in early October. I advised him that I recently purchased the house and didn't know what kind of shape the roof was in, but I wanted to repair the leaks or replace the roof, whichever was necessary. After his inspection, Sergei told me that the roof is in relatively good shape and shouldn't need replacing for another five years or so. He advised me of what he had found and that he could make the repairs that morning if I wanted him to. I was quite relieved to know that for $175, he would make the repairs and I gave him the go-ahead to do so. When he had finished I asked him if I should have the roof re-inspected next year and he advised me that unless we had a bad storm that could cause roof damage, I shouldn't need another inspection next year. Having given Sergei a couple of openings to perform more work than he suggested, and having read the reviews on your web-site I feel confident that he is honest, fair, and hard-working, which is exactly what I was looking for. I'll be contacting him in the next couple of years for a new roof before we have any more trouble with this one. I've tried 2 of your super deals and have found a window-cleaner that I will continue to use (Brocks) and a roofer that I will use when I feel the time is right for a new roof. Thanks for your help. Our 15 year roof was so worn out. Sergey did a few patch work WITHOUT charge last year and came late at night. Due to a few severe storms in the summer, the living room began to leak badly in July. Sergey first did a temporary fix (again no charge) and then helped me negotiate with the insurance company for a new roof. After the adjuster approved the replacement, he and his crew spent two hot days, from 8AM to 8PM, on the roof. The result? Brand new roof, and no more leaking! Sergey is very experienced, flexible, responsive, and friendly. Sergei was great. He went out of his way to make us happy at every turn. He started by putting samples sq. of colors on our roof as we were torn between two colors. That really helped and we are very pleased with our choice. He allowed us time to paint some decorative ends and he put them back up. If there were any little things we were not happy with, he would change and make them the way we wanted it. He was always pleasant, hard worker, and came when he said he would. In spite of fighting some rain, he finished the job as promised. He did not have a large crew of men that would finish it in a day or two but his crew worked out really well for us as it gave us time to supervise the job and make sure it was done the way we wanted. Sergei welcomed our imput and I think it was a good experience for all of us, I know it was for us. His work was the best and we would definitely hire him again.

From the beginning Mr. Churbanov was Professional and provider a very competitive quote. Very flexible on schduling and very good at answering any questions that I or my husband had. Very prompt on returning calls. Held to his word on every item of discussion and estimate. I personally would recommend Mr. CHurbanov for ANY roofing job and he was Excellent in the following areas: Professionalism Responsiveness Prompt Flexible Price Competitiveness Detail of work being completed Safety Quality Clean-Up Respect, etc.... You name it...He was ACES all the way. If there is anything else he was excellent in that I left out...it was just due to me forgetting to list it. Sergei from Roof it Right (owner) was contacted by my Grandmother at my advising to perform a insurance roof replacement. I gave her two others from Angie's list as well. She called and reviewed them all but was most happy with Sergei's punctuality and willingness to meet with her to review the work as soon as possible. Roof it right, got the job. Total job took much less than a week. The men were very efficient. Sergei was the foreman on the site everyday (and the owner of his company). He made sure the work was done right and according to his standard. This is a major plus when working with a smaller roofing company. The big companies can have multiple crews and many of them typically don't have any ties to the their company... with no respect for their work. This was not my experience with Roof it Right. They performed the job with skill and care regarding their trade and my Grandmother's roof. Another example of the care Sergei has was that everyday after the work was done, he personally went around the house and picked up any trash that had came from the days job. Now, any contractor should do this, but typically not the foreman. Again, Sergei cared about his companies work to the extent to personally perform even the smallest tasks for customer satisfaction. There have been no problems since the work was performed and my grandmother has been completely satisfied with the work performed.

It was absolute A+ overall. He was very friendly and very professional. They had good prices. They were good quality. They worked late into the night. They came back to assure me of quality when I thought there was a problem and took a friend up on the roof to show the quality.

I hired Roof it Right after going to Angie's list and visiting other review sites to find the right roofer. I called 3 of the ones with the best ratings, and had 1 other a friend told me about. Although all quotes except 1 were very close, Roof it Right was the least expensive and had a better workmanship warranty than the others. This along with his friendliness and knowledge convinced me to go with Roof it Right. Sergey and his crew was very professional, and prompt with his quote and his arrival to begin the job. Sergey's crew did a very good job cleaning up and left the yard looking as good as it did before they arrived. If you need a new roof I highly recommend Roof it Right.

We had talked to a few different contractors and did not feel very comfortable with them, so we went to Angieslist and we found Roof-it-Right had the not only the most reviews but the BEST reviews, and that was enough for us to call them. Sergey, the owner of the business came right on time. He told us about things we didn't even know to ask for and the other contractors didn't even mention. He gave us a quote and worked with our insurance company to get a little more money due to cost adjustments in materials since they had come out. Sergey and his team started the job right on time, and had it not been for the rain, would have finished right on time. He and his team were as careful with our home as they would have been with their own, they even wore shoes with carpeted soles on the roof so they would not damage the shingles! I have never even heard of that before, let alone seen a contracting company take the time and money to use them! I appreciated how they always wore their fall protection when on the roof and worked safe while on our property. Our neighbors were amazed at the amount of time they took each and every day to clean up, checking for nails, picking up debris, and just making sure our house looked nice while the job was being done. Our insurance inspector came out and I asked him if our gutters should extend as far past the roof line as they did because most of the gutters I had seen were flush with the end of the house. He told me that I had one of the best contractors he had ever seen because our gutters were EXACTLY how they should be and most contractors don't do nearly as good a job with that as Sergey and his team did with ours. He couldn't say enough about what a great job they were doing and how they were paying attention to detail that most roofers miss and sealing any place that water could possibly ever leak in. Sergey noticed an area where another company had "fixed" an area in our roof, but it was done incorrectly so he took the time to repair it and correct where the water was coming in and did not charge us a penny more! Our house looks brand new and we love it! I can't say enough good things about Roof-it-Right! They are honest, professional, careful, particular about their work, and definitely the best roofing company we have ever used! My daughter found Roof It Right for me through Angie's List. Due to hail and wind damage, our roof was leaking and needed replaced. I contacted Roof It Right, based on the reviews the company received on Angie's List. Sergey ( the owner ) came out to inspect our roof, he was very professional, and saw right away the problems with our roof. He answered all of our questions and concerns, and we knew straight away that he would give him the job. We are so glad we did ! Honest, skilled, integrity, fair pricing, he knows his trade. Sergey worked alongside his crew and while it is a small crew, they worked like a well oiled machine ! His crew was polite and very capable. They arrived on time and other than a short lunch break worked all day and completed the job in one day. The jobsite was completely cleaned up. We were very impressed !!! We have a great looking new roof and we have received many compliments on how nice it looks, best of all WE KNOW THE JOB WAS DONE CORRECTLY ! And the roof won't be an issue for many, many years. I had called a few roofing people and from each got a very poor response. I looked on Angie's list and found Roof It Right. I evaluated the different companies by their Angie's list grade and found Roof it Right to have the best grade from recent reviews. So I called and asked him (Sergey) to come for an evaluation and estimate. He showed up on time and gave a SPOT-ON evaluation and estimate for the repairs. When the Insurance adjuster came out, I walked with him and pointed out many of the things Sergey mentioned and listed that the adjuster probably would have missed! The adjuster even said, "Boy, you must have a really good contractor! He didn't miss anything!". I was really glad i called Sergey first because I think the total would have been a bit different had I not pointed out Sergey's evaluation of the damage. So the adjuster approved the work and I called Sergey back to get things going. Sergey was at all times professional and did a fantastic Job! We had damage on some siding and I asked him to give me an estimate for replacement. He did that and even helped us choose complimentary colors. The finished product was like getting a new house! Just about every neighbor I ran into coming down the sidewalk was exceptionally complimentary of our improvements. Our house looks brand new and Sergey was very reasonable on the price. I think he was within $120 of his original estimate even though he had to do some additional work on the house. I would Highly recommend Roof It Right for your roofing needs. There are few contractors who could even come close to his knowledge and skill in getting the job done. And he is incredibly reasonable on his estimates. We were very happy to have found Sergey. He and his crew did an exceptional job, and much of it during some very cold weather. He was at all times polite, professional, prompt and conscientious. He worked alongside his crew the entire time they were here, in fact often arriving before them and leaving after they'd gone. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up. We are so pleased with his work that we hope to have them back in the not too distant future to do extensive work on a large detached garage.

Arrived at dawn pretty much and did not leave until dark. Cleaned up after themselves very well. Sergi (the roofing contractor) was always there directing everything and was always the last to leave.

Out of the companies I asked for estimates, Roof it right was the only one that gave me a complete estimate for all cost. Sergei Churbanov was polite and professional. We came up for a time for him to do the work. He showed up on time and in about two and a half hours completed the work and cleaned up. It was a good experience all the way around.

Despite the cold, dark and snowy weather he climbed up on my roof, fixed multiple shingles that were cracked and missing, he made some suggestions for future work but kept exactly to his estimate and was both polite and professional. I was very impressed.

Being a few years from retirement I wanted to get my seventeen year old roof replaced while I was still working. I was resigned to the fact that it would most likely be a necessary out of pocket expense, which was I was not happy about since I had a twenty-five year roof specified when I built the house. Sergey, the owner of Roof It Right was prompt for our initial appointment for an estimate. He spent almost an hour inspecting and measuring the roof. Although his written estimate wouldn't be submitted until a few days after that, he did advise me to contact my insurance company as he had seen evidence of hail damage to the roof. The adjuster who came out about a week later confirmed the damage Sergey had told me about, said the roof needed to be replaced and the claim process was started. Based on Sergeys suggestion, I was able to get most of the cost of a new roof covered by my homeowners insurance. During that time I received Sergey's estimate. It was very thorough and professionally prepared. It included computer generated drawings of my roof including measurements and a complete materials list. It was by far the most comprehensive estimate I had received of the five contractors I had requested estimates from. Sergey was also very patient and submitted multiple estimates as we continued to communicate about the job and materials options. He researched and priced multiple products for me, such as metal roofing, nailable foam insulation, and a zinc product that I had seen that was used for preventing roof stains. He was very patient and very willing to answer any questions I had or to research products I inquired about that he wasn't familiar with. He was also doing this without any assurance at that point that he would be the contractor that I would choose, which really impressed me. Roof It Right was ultimately chosen for my roofing project. Sergey and his crew were on the job promptly every day and dedicated to the point of most days working past daylight with headband lights. I even had to tell the crew to go home on occasion. It was an optimal situation to have the owner of the company who was also the estimator on site each day for communication purposes. They were very thorough and conscientious about clean-up every day and very professional in their daily activities. I was surprised that they didn't even bring a radio to listen to but rather were completely focused on their (my) job. These guys have worked together for so long that they barely even had to talk to each other. They anticipated the job flow and kept the job progressing at a quick pace without sacrificing quality. In the end it took them part of an additional day beyond the contracted finish date because the shingle product I was able to specify was much thicker (Timberline Ultra HD) than what they typically install, and it took more time to cut them. It should be noted that the upgraded materials were possible only because Roof It Right's bid was so reasonable. I now have an upgraded dimensional lifetime shingle installed with ice and rain barrier in all valleys, overhangs and each side of all ridges, with full ridge ventilation and Zinc Shield stain protection for what other contractors were going to install a lower grade roof for.

Yesterday's strong wind blew away a few shingles and as a result we had a leaking through the ceiling. I discovered the problem in the early afternoon and called several roofers. I wanted to have it repaired asap as I was afraid the coming snow may make things worse. Neither of the roofers had the interest in taking this small project or had time. Finally I found Sergey. I called him at 5pm and he came by at 8pm. Despite the strong wind, wind and cold temperature, he quickly fixed the problem. And, he did NOT charge anything!!! He said it was a temporary fix and I can pay him later if I want to have it permanently fixed later on. I was so thanksful that he came under such a bad weather and furthermore, did it for free!!! He is very professional and friendly.Will definitely use him again.
