My old heat / ac unit was 21 years old. After getting 4 different companies to come out and give me estimates needless to say I was a little overwhelmed. However, when Chris came out and went through everything with me, I can honestly say I felt in my gut his company would more than likely be who I went with. There were several reasons. First, I liked his over personality and I could tell that he had a lot of knowledge and experience. He did not mind answering any of my questions and certainly did not make me feel like I was taking up his time by answering them. And most importantly, he said even if I did not choose his company for the job and I still had questions to please feel free to call him and ask, and if he didn't know the answer he would certainly do his best to find out the correct answer. Well, I did have a question after another company came out. So, I called Chris and asked him about it. He was more than happy to answer my question without any hesitation. Not only did he take the question, but he was on vacation at that time with his family! Now, how many people would do that and not even have the job? That is what I call a person with great work ethic and integrity! Since I don't know that much about heating and air, only what I have researched on the internet I asked my neighbor who does know to look over all of my estimates and give me his opinion. He had several questions he wanted to ask Chris and he called him and was more than happy to answer them as well! After all of this, I knew who I was choosing, and that was Roehrs.

He called me directly and talked to me about what kind of heating I wanted and things like that. He was awesome. He was great too. The work was included under my other project so I don't really know what the price was. He did try to give me prices of units like the range and so on. His prices seemed reasonable and certainly within normal limits. He did an awesome job on all my work. I got real particular about where some things went and he was very nice and accommodating on my wishes and put everything in the way I wanted. I didn't want a vent going through my tile floor. I wanted it on the wall which was a little more work for him but he made it happen and things like that. His responsiveness was good because of his communication on the tile thing. He got in when he was supposed to get in. It was awesome. I would consider him for a different project in the future.

My overall experience with them was pretty okay and I didn’t have any problems with them.

Xlent! Owner is with his workers over 90% of the time, and works until it is absolutely finished and correct.
