We are very pleased with the service given by Rocking Robin. Have employed her services monthly since May 2015. (7months so far) Plan on continuing.
Description of Work: Provider cleans kitchen, living room, all bedrooms. I have requested no bathrooms. We employ Rocking Robin Maids monthly and have been delighted with the service. Rocking Robin Maids do not do windows unless requested for a separate fee. I have not requested this service. We have been very pleased with the work. All surfaces are dusted Knick Knacks included, Kitchen appliances cleaned. Counters washed, Sink scrubbed, Dishes washed, Walls and ceiling dusted, floors vacuumed and washed, Throw rugs shook out, Will make beds also.

First of all they were late arriving. They did call to tell me they were held up. The cleaning was not done to our satisfaction at all. There was a shampoo spill in the bathroom from us before cleaning and still there after they left. Items were still dusty after they left. The walls appeared to have been washed fairly well. The windows were NOT washed inside or out as I had expected. If anything they were worse. I had to clean them myself. I feel as if I completely wasted the money and all day of my time out of the house so they could clean it.
