EXCELLENT! Rob provided all the great sub-contractors. They were awesome...friendly, very professional, thorough and were always there when they said they would be. Rob was there every day to make sure all was going well. At times, he was there more than once daily. Rob went through my house and suggested other items to be done that needed to be done. Leak damage, drywall repair, improved electrical. He said since it needed to be done it would be best done while the experts were here for the remodel. All was done (and more) and it was included in the original bid. I added a few more items, he said it would be best and save $$ if done now rather than schedule a return or separate visit. My husband and I have been friends with Rob and his wife for years so I hesitated to seek his services. Mixing business with friends can be disastrous on many levels. I am so glad I did. I know he does this for everybody. I have the names and numbers of all the subs used. I will definitely have them to do work for me in the future. Thanks Rob.

Rob built our house and previously managed a lower level remodel adding 500 sq. ft. with no issues or problems. Rob works with great subcontractors who have worked with him for years. The estimate for the job was what the job cost in addition to changes we authorized. Rob will work with you on timing within what he knows he can deliver. His subs like working with him because when they show up whatever needed to be done for them to work is done. He goes over and above to make sure the customer is happy with his work and stands by it after the job is completed. We had a couple other estimates and Rob's was the most reasonable based on what we wanted done. We did not move any appliances around, but the cabinets were significantly different. His kitchen designer was great to work with and gave us ideas we would never have thought of on our own. We ended up with the kitchen we wanted and actually have space we don't fully utilize. The cost of the services Rob provided does not include the cost of appliances that we purchased separately. We did not redo the wood flooring and my wife wanted to preserve the existing wallpaper around the cabinets. Rob had his team work to make sure the wallpaper was not torn or messed up during the removal of the old cabinets/appliances so we did not have to make any changes to the wallpaper. Pretty amazing. We love the new kitchen and if we do any further changes Rob will certainly be involved.
