Quoted me one price in email then jacked it up after the job was done. Then forgot to hook up a water line to the fridge, had to come back another day and charged me 150. The line leaks and he won't return my calls, asking him to honor his 1 year guarantee.

I was satisfied with the results. The whole project took longer than I anticipated.

On time and took care of problem

I hired Ronald to repair a toilet in a store that was constantly running and making a loud noise. He evaluated the situation, sourced parts and made the repair. His price was reasonable. Ronald is very nice, has great customer service and very knowledgable. I will definately hire him again for future jobs!

He called promptly & scheduled a quick appointment. Knew what was code & what wasn't. A little high price for what was done, but overall quality job.

I thought they were awesome! Very informative and worked with our crazy schedule! Very organized and let us know exactly what needed to be done. Also suggested other "handyman" people for our use. Excellent!!

He responded to my call fast--coming out the same day of my call. I noticed 1 of the 4 toilets not quite operating right, he returned the next day and resolved the issue. He had a great attitude & guaranteed his work for a year!

Plumber showed up on time and completed the small project as requested by our home inspector. The work was professional and I am satisfied with job. After the job was completed and I had given over my credit card information I was told the job was going to be almost double the price of the quote. I understand that sometimes jobs go over budget, but a phone call would have been nice to inform me of the increase. Overall, they do good work.

The RL gentleman that came to give us an estimate was friendly and professional. However, the quote was more than we expected so we will delay the project of the bathroom addition in the basemnt.
