First, the actual work (replacement roof, replacement gutters, siding spot repairs) was professionally done, and I am pleased with the results. My big issue was with the customer service. The project manager who solicited my business was friendly and helpful, and did a thorough inspection. She dealt with the insurance company and kept me informed.But...I talked to her on a Friday and called her back on Monday, only to be told that she no longer worked for the company. Another project manager took over and this person was also quit without notice. I felt sorry for the owner, but I had trouble after that getting anyone to return phone calls. It was frustrating trying to get the job finished. As I said, the quality of the work was excellent, but I wouldn't want to go throught the hassle again of dealing with this company.

Over all it was a great experience and my home looks 100x better than it did before the siding! I would gladly use Rivercity Modeling for any home improvement job and would refer them to other home owners. Rob and his team have a lot of experience and really do their best to make sure their clients are at ease with the job they are doing.

From the start we really liked the way the sales representative explained in detail what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and the materials they were going to use. We were given several choices and price ranges. The sales representative did something no one else did. He took us around the house and brought to our attention several irregularities that no one else had mentioned and let us know how he would address these problems. We really felt like this guy knew what he was doing. Communication and scheduling was professional as well as punctual. Everything that was promised was delivered and our house looks great. We are getting ready to have RiverCity replace our roof. They have done work for several of our friends and family members and we would highly recommend them to anyone.
