TERRIBLE. I made the arrangements in January in order to have the deck ready in plenty of time for the summer. Work was not started when it was scheduled (nor was I called about it ... I had to make a number of calls to initiate the work for which a hefty deposit had been paid and then worse I had to continue calling and keeping on them to have the work " finished"... and it was done incorrectly. The main contact, Michael Frazier, had done the deck two years earlier and had done a spectacular job ... and I wanted the same color as he had applied then. Instead, without asking or informing me, he changed the color to a horrible muddy brown that I had discarded as an option from the very beginning. I came home (when they finally got around to actually working) and found the deck almost stained with this awful color on coat 1 of 2 for which I had contracted. I told the workmen (who were not the main contractor ...just sub workers) to finish that coat and then do not plan to come back ...I did not want them to put another coat of that mess on and I was THROUGH with dealing with the entire crew. Furthermore, the application that was applied, which included some built in benches, did not dry for another several weeks but remained tacky. I did not pay them the final installment on the contract and I never heard from them again .....no apology, explanation, nor anything else ... and this was from January (when I contracted for work to be done in late March or early April) to the end of June, and my deck was an awful color. I do not recommend anyone deal with this company as long as Michael Frazier is their contractor. What a shame because Michael Frazier had done an outstanding job the first time I used his services. Shocked is the least I can say ...Furious goes without saying. NEVER AGAIN!

They are very good and very thorough. They are coming back to fix some work, which was not standard.
