+ -1 moreDan appeared to be easy to work with when I hired him to create a home blueprint for my retirement home. I can't read blueprints but the floor plan looked like what I wanted. I accepted the blueprints thinking it was exactly what I wanted. The builder estimate was about $70,000 higher than what I expected. After discussing it with the builder, I realized the draftsman had inserted his own personal ideas into the blueprint. I had stressed the need to build a very simple, modest home. I contacted Dan and he stated he added his choices if he had no choice from me. He said he would make changes but would charge me $240. After disagreeing with the charge, he replied saying he dropped me as a client and would not be finishing the blueprint so I am stuck with an $1800 set of useless blueprints.
