+ -1 moreHorrible service. I have a missed pick up at least every other week. This week, Wednesday, I was told they were running behind by Paige. Thursday Shannon tells me she put in for a missed pick up for Friday. Friday at 5 trash STILL full. Somebody says they’ll be here Monday, Today, STILL FULL OF TRASH. AND with speaking with all these representatives I find out I was double charged 😡 ANDDD they had the audacity to say “we will credit account” 5 bucks lol this is ridiculous. I can not wait to switch. Wish I would’ve read reviews before switching to this company.

+ -1 moreFrom beginning to end, the transition to change companies was great. Everyone I talked to was accommodating, efficient and professional. The price for all sixteen residents was much cheaper than previous company. They came when expected and called to verify appointments when requested. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone.

+ -1 moreIt is tied in with my water and fuel gas. I realized they are good. The wheel on one of the cans broke and all I had to do was put it at the end of my driveway. The next time they came around it was repaired. I have no complaints. They come at 5 o' clock in the morning on Mondays at my house and I don't hear them or see them. They do not miss any days if they are scheduled to be here. If it is a holiday then they pick up the next day. They don't wait until the next week.
Description of Work: I used Industrial Disposal Company for garbage collection weekly.
