Description of Work: Anyone in the Louisville area with a 2-10 warranty with an electric problem will be dealing with this company since they are the ONLY provider for that service under 2-10. Our situation took a couple of visits to get resolved but it did and Chris did a good job!

The two electricians arrived with our condo maintenance person who they clearly knew personally. I told them i needed them to start in the kitchen as i needed to move some furniture in the other rooms so they could get to the outlets. They argued that they wanted to work on the kitchen last and threatened to reschedule at my expense, but finally agreed to do the work and start with the kitchen as i had asked. I went into the living room and told my kids what was going on and blamed the office lady for the condo association for not letting everyone know ahead of time that the electricians wanted to work on the rooms in a specific order. One of the electricians overheard me and informed me that the condo office lady is his aunt. I apologized but found this to be very unprofessional. They finished their work within a few hours and did leave a mess in one bathroom that i thought they should have cleaned up. After they left we noticed that $30 was missing out of my wallet and my son's laptop and my grandson's android tablet were now missing. I called the owner of Relco and got the secretary who said the owner would call me. He didn't. I got a police report and will not use this company in the future and will do my best to be sure the condo where I live doesn't use them either.
Description of Work: This company was hired by my condo association to replace all of the electrical outlets for insurance purposes and was paid for by the condo association.

We have a specific method of completing the work we were contracted to do by the condo association, and this unit was the 173rd out of 180 to be completed. We have had no complaints from any of the other condo owners, and all of them were informed by letter how the work was to be completed. The condo association maintenance escorts us in each unit in the morning, and makes sure that all of the furniture is pulled away from the walls for our access to the electrical outlets. This was agreed upon in our contract. The maintenance employee also checks back in around lunch, and then at the end of the work and checks the unit before we go home for the day. This claim was to be handled by the condo association board so we were instructed not to converse with him on this matter.

This was a home warranty repair job - Relco was chosen for us by the warranty company. Had a relatively simple problem which required two visits because the electrician did not have the proper box for the repair - guess this is probably normal. On both occasions he made a tremendous mess and only cleaned up the big pieces. Did not put down anything to protect the floors and was crunching broken drywall into the hardwood with his uncovered shoes. Still have white lines in the wood grain.
Description of Work: Good end result, very messy though.

The person who answered the phone was extremely professional and friendly. She was very honest about their prices, and was extremely informative. However, they were completely booked up before the weekend, so I decided to go with someone else. But based on the experience that I had with her over the phone, I think that they would be a great company to work with.
Description of Work: I had 3 breakers go out in my home, so I was without electricity in part of my home.

The experience was not very good. They had to come back thrice to replace the motor correctly. I have not yet used the fan, as it is not very hot now.
