Called for appointment in morning and secured an appointment later that afternoon. He arrived promptly at the appointed time. Worked quickly, work completed in less than 30 minutes.

They showed up on time and did the work. The price was a little high.

Was experiencing back up in toilet and tub with gurgling sounds in all drains. Initially thought maybe blocked vent. We were worried about using previous used company because of negative experiences. Chose Ratterman plumbing using Angie's List. Reception was courteous and professional. Scheduled appointment for next day. Had to wait a little longer than appointment time but that inconvenience was minor. The technicians were great. They were friendly and professional and answered all questions respectfully. The price was surprisingly fair and painless. I will definitely use this company again as I have a 100 year old home that occasionally need some TLC.

Great. The damaged pipe was underneath the cement slab that the air conditioning sits on and they were able to work around and under without the additional costs of removing the A/C unit. They also accomodated my work schedule to get the job done almost immediately.

Plumber found the leak, tightened the setup, put silicon in place on the trap.

The company responded to my evening voicemail message requesting service for my toilets at 8:00 am and scheduled service for 8:30 the same morning. Sherman the plumber was prompt, courteous and skillful. I asked if he could install the new hydrant during the same visit. He called the office for approval, secured some needed tools and went straight to work. He wasted no time and cleaned up afterward. The material prices were fair and his work was fast saving me service charge costs. I'll call them whenever I need a plumber.

I used this from another state, but the day they was called they went to the rental house the same day as called I was told by the tenant that they arrived on time friendly and was in and out.

They were outstanding craftsmanship. Prompt courteous. The price was reasonable.

The agent from Ratterman's was excellent in every way - on time, polite, knowledgeable, etc. Their written quotation arrived within 2 days. Except for finding a lower quotation, I certainly would have used Ratterman.

SOMEBODY IS ALWAYS THERE TO TALK TO YOU. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY WILL SCHEDULE THE SAME DAY. THE PEOPLE THAT COME OUT ARE VERY DILIGENT, IN TERMS OF CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY ARE VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR OVER 20 YEARS NOW.

THE MAN THAT CAME WAS VERY PERSONABLE. HE DID A GOOD JOB AND DID NOT MAKE A MESS. HE DID WHAT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO DO. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD. ALL HE DID WAS THAT ONE THING, THAT'S A PIECE OF CAKE FOR THOSE PEOPLE.

MY FATHER HAS USED THEM FOR YEARS WHEN HE'S HAD PLUMBING PROBLEMS. WE'VE USED THEM FOR REMODELING AT ANOTHER HOUSE. WE'VE USED THEM WHEN WE MOVED INTO THIS HOUSE WHEN WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH OUR SUMP PUMP. CONSIDERING WE'VE USED THEM FOR AS LONG TIME.
